Nundee was a great help to my family and I she was very patient and helpful
This facility has raised my rent from 135 to 211 in the span of a year and a half. They do this for no reason whatsoever. You can also never get a hold of the people that work here and it’s such a pain playing phone tag with this office. It’s just not worth it to use public storage. They’re a huge pain to deal with and the rate rising and never being able to get an introductory rate again is also insane. If they would have kept my rent reasonable they would be getting some money from me still but I’ll moving my things out asap.

Nundee is so nice and helpful. Had a problem and she went out of her way to help me out. She is always very nice and polite and cares about you as a customer. Wish more establishments had her personality. Public Storage has a good one with Nundee!!!!

I have a storage here and started off by paying $100 a month it hasn't even been a year and the rent is now $150!!!!! I was late once and they put a lock on my storage so I couldn't get into my things until I paid which I did pay, and then they cut your lock off and make you buy another one from them for $20 when they cost $12 at Walmart!! So done with this place!!!!!!
Be careful here! They will break into your unit.

I no longer needed the storage unit I purchased. I drove to the office, and Jennifer was very helpful in getting my reservation cancelled & processing my refund. Lauren as well was very helpful to Jennifer and walked her step-by-step on how to get it completed. This location has a very friendly & helpful staff. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely come back to this location.
I had the pleasure of working with Nundee. She was most helpful and cordial. She went above and beyond to assist me with my time constraints. Her commitment to her job was easily recognizable and appreciated. Should I need a storage facility again, I will definitely be coming to see her.

My wife and I are downsizing and I recently inquired with this property about a small unit I believe I spoke with the office manger nunde, she was very informative and even did a follow up to see when we would be read, most companies we called rushed us but she took her time and explained everything we asked about . We are definitely going to be renting as soon as our move begins.
This location and management is the worst storage facility I have dealt with. I contacted them pertaining to rats chewing through my leather chair amongst other items. They gave me Sedgwick number and they gave me the run around and confirmed the max I could receive was $250. The attendants are never there and when they contact the manager to help with trying to make arrangements for payments due to life situations the answer is NO, all monies upfront before auction. Also they will auction items off before 45 days of nonpayment and realizing it’s hard out here for consumers.
The Manger was very helpful. She took her time to explain everything to me.

My door has been fixed and I wasn’t charged for January to make up for my trouble and inconvenience. I’m only giving Public Storage 4 stars because they raised my rent every year and then raised it after six months. I want to give Brandy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for getting my door fixed and helping me resolve the misunderstanding about the rent that the BBB inadvertently caused (long story; won’t bore you with it). Brandy really went above and beyond for me.
