My brother-in-law rented an indoor storage unit. The employee was very nice and helpful. Due to his limitations, she made it easier to come in without using ramps or stairs and got a closer unit to the entrance door. If I had to use this place personally, I would recommend it.

Came in today to change a lot of things…. Cara and Cindy are whip smart and handled everything perfectly. Super impressed!

Management is never available. Gates are always down. Here for one month and got out as fast as I could. Highly recommend U-Haul of Lake Lewisville instead. There is always someone there to assist.

Very nice experience of renting a storage space in Lewisville, tx on Justin Lane. The manager was friendly and she shepherded me through the total process. Bingo, what a nice start to my day!

I had an inside air condition unit for about 3 months. The pricing work within my budget. The staff there we're very courteous and knowledgeable. Getting into the property and into the buildings made it easy with all the electronic doors. The property was very clean inside and out. This is why I gave them five*****.

Monthly payment has increased from 175 in march of last year to 300 this year. You cannot renew and change units to get their advertised rates unless you vacate the current unit and wait 7 days as an obstacle to prevent you from doing this. Almost doubling rent in a year is not keeping up with inflation they are just increasing it until you get annoyed enough so they can repeat this process with the next person. Only recommendation is using them as a short term storage unit but it’s obvious they don’t care about retaining current customers. I also read through their responses to the negative reviews and LOL why even bother responding.

Raised my monthly rental rate twice within a 6-month period, for a 70% increase in monthly rate within a period of less than 6 months. Office is frequently (more often than not) closed and locked during normal business hours. Carts not available on move-in and move-out days due to office closed during the day both times. Restrooms frequently locked or unavailable. Gate access code has stopped working. One particular employee is intentionally unhelpful and rude, and unwilling to accomodate reasonable requests such as a request to be reassigned to another identical unit in the same building. They said they couldn’t do it, but I know they can do this if they actually wanted to help (since I’ve done it before), and it was obvious they were determined to not make any effort to be helpful. How this person got into a customer service position is one of life’s mysteries. The sooner I can get out of here the better.

Worst Public Storage I've ever been too and I usually love this company...employees are rude and lazy and laughed at my complaints...went to management and I see why they are because management could care less of all...for instance there are usually courtesy restrooms at public storage facilities...after all you might be there awhile. Here they are closed at all times. Why? The employees told me the reason was bc they don't want people to shoot up drugs in there...the manager said the reason was bc men are disgusting in there peeing habits...and that there are no laws that say that they have to provide a bathroom for anyone...she suggested 'finding a bucket to pee in'...her disdain for customers was hard to miss and those customers who happen to be male worst of all. She said the same thing about why her facility didn't provide customers with courtesy carts like all the other Public storages do...one of the reasons I usually love Public storage...she said its because most of her customers were thieves...and ' there ain't nothing that says I gotta provide one for anyone' ....i happened by chance to have 4 carts that offered to give her since the entire time i was there everyone was complaining about the fact there are no carts and the way this place is laid out you will need one more than ever...she refused my free carts because 'it would just make more customers ask her for carts'... I know many people who are in this business and its way harder and more demanding than you would believe...so either they hate their job so much they could care less about running the place in the ground, preferably with all the customers still in it....or they are burned out and need to move on....the place has potential but i wouldnt spend my money here while the staff and management are so rude, disdainful, discourteous and wholly indifferent to what anyone thinks about it...on a positive note the premises was pretty clean and contrary to there opinion that the customers there were mostly thieves it seemed a decent neighborhood and the customers i spoke with, although frustrated there were no carts, seemed like very decent people to me.... Hope this helps someone...

Don’t waste your time on this facility. The woman who works at the desk is unbelievably rude and lazy. Restrooms are locked and they don’t seem to have any interest in helping customers. If you’re the owner of this location, I would consider hiring someone else for your front desk/management.

Every time I need assistance they were great. Even when I just went to check out they made me feel welcome. I will use them again!

Absolutely horrible customer service and deceptive business practice. Loyal customers are penalized as the company will increase rent the longer you stay, while offering new customers online rates. The unit next to me (exact same size, specifications, etc) was available and being offered for $65/month and first month free while I was being charged $260 for my unit. Local and corporate refused to work with me. Between this and the dead cockroaches in the units and hallways, it was time to go.

I’ve been a customer of this location for years. Corporate continually raises the rent even when they have vacant units on property, but provide less service each year. For at least 3 years one of the sliding doors does not provide access as it should. It’s very frustrating especially when you’re carrying heavy boxes. Since Covid they have locked the restrooms. This past year or so they stopped leaving carts for tenants to use. I have brought the failed access to the attention of corporate and onsite staff many times with no changes. I do not recommend this location.

I often stop by after hours. It never fails while I'm there, that I need to use the bathroom facilities. However, they are always locked; once even during the daytime. On my last visit, a beetle was making its way in the hall. A bit further was a dead cricket. I have clothes, linens, rugs, etc., in storage. I hope I don't find any of those critters in my unit or belongings when I move out. Besides those small factors, in the big picture, this is a very well-run storage facility.

Susan was such a big help! She gave the best customer service and made my experience awesome. My only regret from talking to her is that I can’t leave 6 stars instead of 5.

Been at this facility for several years and really have to move. They are now too lazy to clean the rest rooms so just keep them locked and don't let you use them even though their advertising says restroom facilities on site. They also illegally remove your lock before they are allowed to when they put theirs on. This gives them ingress to your unit illegally. They don't turn on the exterior lights at night and its very very dark. And half the time their carts are locked in the office even during hours. Their prices continue to climb rediculously and they could care less about fixing any of this. Think twice.

They hiked up my rent by 30% after just 4 months. I'll be moving out as soon as I'm able. Do not do business with them.

Cara & Kim were exceptional! They both helped me in the two days it took me to settle on a unit. They were patient with me and very informative along the way. They did a great job at explaining all the expectations and legal requirements, I walked away understanding exactly what I was paying for. This facility is very safe and professionally run in their hands.

Very very horrible experience from the moment I walked in. Cara I believe her name. I walked in asked how can I help you. Said I'm looking around for a storage unit and pricing one out. She looked at me like I was stupid this whole experience. She was like okayy? Instead of going through what they offer and asking what size I had in mind and giving me options. I basically had to walk her through myself. Even when I asked to see a unit she gave me the look like she didn't want to do that. But she knew she had to.
