Our costumer service representative (I feel bad that I forgot her name) exuded the best customer service skills. She made the reservation process easy, fast and pain free. After gaining access, she then met us outside while unloading to make sure we were ok. Parking and retrieving a loading cart was simple. The facility was clean and well lit . Always clean, easy access, affordable rates! No issues with gate access, everything is well maintained and in great shape. My only issue is that the east side double doors to the interior seem to always be open even after hours. But there is another inner locked door with full security, and security for the elevators. I also wish interior access was available till 10 pm every night, but most nights it is 9 pm.

I haven't moved in yet but already I have such a positive impression of this place. I signed up online and called the business the next day. I had the very good fortune to speak with Gladys. She is absolutely delightful, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I came in person to fine tune my rental, Gladys had told me she would be at another location when I arrived but she spoke very highly of her co-workers and assured me that they would be every bit as helpful. She was right. I spoke with Rebekah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was as nice and patient as anyone could ask for. She was very detailed in her instructions and Even demonstrated the locking mechanism and let me try it for myself. When the employees are happy and kind I feel like that speaks of good management and workplace culture. I would recommend this facility highly and compliment the personnel on their handling of the public.

Ok so I actually went to the public storage on highway 59, the office is being remodeled and the sign said to go the north park location for help. I spoke to Gladys and she was very helpful and showed me a 10x10 unit to see size and how it would accommodate my needs. Fast efficient and the rest of the staff very friendly. They were having fun and were engaged with me. Positive experience and place was clean, neat and organized. Set up my app and ready to roll.

I’ve had this storage room for years and seriously it’s been such a great experience! The property manager has gone out of her way to help me at times above and beyond. I can stay in my car without having to get out to put in access code. 8/9/23 service date at Kingwood/Northpark location. I have two storage locations and will now add other to app for easier access. Gladys is a very gracious lady , I had come into the office just as she was going to lunch. She stopped to rent me a storage unit. She showed me to the unit as I was not sure of the size. Walked me through the application an showed me how to get in an out of the gate. Gladys will help you , just like she did with me.

I thought making a switch from one unit to another at the same location was going to be a hassle. But to my surprise it was very simple and streamline thanks to Chrissy here at 755 Northpark. She made sure all of my needs were accommodated and was fun to be around.
I definitely recommend this location as I've used it for years, but having to switch units and then making it so stress-free has solidified my positive view of them.
I went there in person today because I was having problems with the app and was trying to rent a storage unit. Turns out the system was just very slow and while I was there the reservation came through. However, I actually booked a different location. Chrissy was working and was an amazing help in walking me through the challenges with the system, making sure the app was working correctly, that the billing information was all correct. She was just amazing and my unit wasn't even at her location on North Park. I would work with lady any day. She certainly knows how to treat a customer and just any person. Thank you Chrissy!
I just got a 5 by 10 storage unit and Chrissy was the best help ! She walked me through and showed me how to work all the entrances codes and also drew me a map to my unit ! She’s awesome definitely deserves the 5 stars !!
