Amira fue excelente muy amable y paciente y sobre todo muy profesional
I’ve been at this location for over a year and have never had any issues. Amira has always been great — informative, patient, and very understanding. Recently, I needed assistance with a lost key for my unit. Amira clearly explained the process and let me know I could complete the paperwork and call back once I confirmed whether I found my key.
However, the male associate working with her (he stated his name was Kyle — he was inside the entire time while I was outside a locked door I wouldn’t be surprised if he intentionally gave me the wrong name) gave me conflicting information. He told me the paperwork would be thrown away if I did not purchase a lock that same day, even though the locksmith wouldn’t be available until later in the month. He also told me my logic was wrong when I explained the instructions Amira had given me.
At one point, he asked for my ID, returned it, and then requested it again later after we had gone back and forth — only allowing me to complete the paperwork once I mentioned that I was following Amira’s instructions and was calling customer service for clarification.
This was unexpected and confusing since I was simply trying to follow the process and check my belongings before moving out next month. I appreciate Amira’s professionalism and clarity, but the conflicting information and difficulty from the other associate made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

Robert was amazing help multitasking like crazy around 6 customers coming in the office back to back but was still able to help customers while asking new ones coming in what they needed to get them in and out the office as fast as possible, amazing person super nice.
I have stored many of my possessions here during the last three years (as of November 2025), and have needed to have my locked replaced not once, but twice.
I visited this Public Storage office just before Thanksgiving day and met Amira who helpfully informed me that the woman, Rochelle, who is cutting and replacing locks is on site today.
So I said go have her cut the lock and I'll replace that with the Public Storage provided lock.
She agreed and here I am, very thankful for the quick and easy process that saves me a lot of hassle, today and going forward.
So helpful and accommodating. I have truly enjoyed my time renting my space here. Clean and easy process for everything. Thank you Amira!!

The two employees that work at this location, Amira & Robert do a great job with the little resources they have this is by no means directed towards them. This storage facility fails to maintain the equipment and building in general. There never seem to be any carts available when I come, the gate is always busted the gates on the units lock up and don’t always close/open easily the bathrooms constantly being left locked. I once even had an issue with the access door locking me in from the inside around like 8:30pm at night thankfully I was lucky enough that there was one other person there who had used the bathroom before leaving and let me out. Main issue I see here must be coming from higher up such as the general manager or corporate not doing their parts. I appreciate the two workers that go above and beyond at this location but unfortunately I will probably find another location soon due to neglect at this one.

Amira was very helpful in listening to what we needed and what we were prioritizing. She showed us a drive up 10x10 that we came in for, but we mentioned we would prefer a larger unit but were worried about not having easy access. Very good costumer service Amera went above and beyond to help me rent a storage and Amira helped me out a lot by selling me boxes and blue sheets to cover my stuff and some tape for my boxes which helped me out a lot so I totally recommend this to people looking to rent storages.

Update 2023: They get you in with a promotional rate, but after a while will start increasing the rates about every two months, when you plane for long term and hesitate to bear the bother and fee of displacing, YOU SHOULD BE READY GRADUALLY PAY UP TO 2 EVEN 3 TIMES OF DAY 1 CONRACT ... this really needs to be stopped...Review of 2019: The storage and the office were very clean and tidy, prices were reasonable and the office agent, Rachelle was very welcoming. She was understanding and fast, gave me the info, no push and polite.

Went to look for a storage space and they had the cheapest in the area for a 5x5. Prices are competitive and the person behind the counter Kate was super helpful and nice. Definitely recommend this place for storage!

I went to this location to meet a person selling their stored washer and dryer here. As I was waiting, I noticed the facility is clean , (well thought out before it was built ) very easy to get in and out with a moving truck or with a trailer and nice and secure. Oh yeah and very big. 2 thumbs up to the Architect and design team. If I needed to put my stuff in storage.. I would sleep well knowing my unit is safe at this location.

It’s been a challenging year with health and finances and it’s amazing to be able to have a business service that shows they will try to work with you and keep business flowing. I was due for an auction today and miraculously I was able to pay everything but a small portion, until God showed up. As I called to inform Mary the balance was paid in full, at the same time, she placed a request to waive late fee to the GM and it was approved immediately. Mary says, “ You know, it is because you have a positive attitude.” I smiled. I am glad I have my unit here on Dominion. Outstanding PS location! It's right off 10, and there's a huge U-Haul center across the street. Customer service is excellent. I made an online reservation and turned up an hour later. Everything was ready to go, no hassles or headaches. Very smooth move-in process. Mary went above and beyond, and did a terrific job explaining things. Plus the facility's very modern/clean with a spacious layout (plenty of room for a large truck or trailer). Thank you!

This is my husband and I first time looking for a storage. I felt stressed for weeks from the cost to leave my belongings at a place that I would not have full access to for 24/7. But I left with great satisfaction and feel relief. Eternity helped us and was beyond amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions, inform us with every detail of the process before and after & she made us feel safe that we are able to trust to leave our things at the storage. She wasn’t pressuring us one bit, she showed that she genuinely care about us and our property. Now a days you do not see that type of customer service any more. We will definitely come back and have her help us finish the process.

Once again Mary has done it again, one of the door handles and fallen of and two ladies from Hope LLC we’re trying to store some merchandise for the homeless, she put in a work order to be repaired and the had not arrived, meanwhile these ladies needed to store the merchandise from donations, Mary didn’t hesitate, she told the ladies don’t and disappeared when she returned she had a hammer in her hand and said it is fixed.The ladies we’re truly amazed. Peoples like Mary gives you hope in today’s society.

I want to let everyone know about Mary. I have used this storage facility since I relocated to Houston and have nothing but great things to say about this place off 150 Dominion Dr, Katy, TX 77450 all because of Mary, when I first started using the storage facility and went to clean somethings out and forgot the picture my 17 year old son bought me with his first check, I believe it was gone, hurt my heart but thanks to Mary she recovered it for me. When it was time for my exit to move things out, I didn't pay attention that they lock the door at a certain time and realized that the lock was still on my key and couldn't go back in to recover the last box which was important, the workers did a clean out because no lock was present, the box of items was put in the dumpster, Mary went outside to the dumpster and recovered my items, I appreciate her dedication and the compassion she shows towards her tenants, we need more like her on this planet.

We recently moved to Texas from out of state storing our belongings for two months at Public Storage on 150 Dominion, Katy. Upon closing our storage unit we encountered an issue that needed resolution. Thankfully Mary was in the office. Mary was very cordial, listened intently and with a cheerful attitude assured me she would do the best she could to help me. Sure enough she resolved the issue. I went to hand her a tip which she refused and said the smile on my face was the best tip I could give. Public Storage I commend your employee Mary!
