Gina was the best. When I walked in she was helping an elderly woman on the phone who was having trouble with the online reservatation and process and you could tell lonely and needing help. She was very kind and patient with this customer. She was trying to help both of us at the same time. Even though it slowed my request it was nice to see how patient and respectful she was with the other customer so I didn’t mind waiting.

Great service. Needed my lock cut to access my storage and they were quick to assist me. I have used public storage on multiple different occasions and every time it has been a great experience. Would definitely recommend. The hours are not 24 for this location it is 9am -6pm.

Ms. Carolyn was a light in helping my friend and I find an extra storage space at the last minute. We walked in not expecting we would need more space for my friend (- shocker-) and Ms. Carolyn was incredibly resourceful. She asked all of the right questions on if we "really" needed more room before we made our final decision. She took her time in showing us the unit and gave us time to visually see which size would be practical. Upon making our final decision, she went the extra mile to give us the very much "second wind" we both needed with words of positivity, motivation, and drive to just get it done since we were almost there. Customer service seems to be in short supply these days - a list art - but Ashly renewed my hope that it is not completely extinct. If you’re in the Katy area and are in need of storage, I would wholeheartedly recommend this Public Storage location, and that is largely due to Ashly’s wonderful attitude and assistance.
