I've been dealing with public storage for a good of 2 years. One time I lost all my furniture. I have to pay my client $5000 for that. Their insurance refused to give me anything, and I just empty 3 spaces back to them. Because we empty it 1 day after the beginning of the month, they charge us a full amount and they refuse to give us anything back here we are i am given Ty 5 star review because he did help me to solve this with the public storage. Thank you, Ty.
Went to this store and met the Property Manager. I had a couple of questions before renting the space. Mrs Mirna explain to me every step and how the system worked. I will defintly come back on The 1st of November.
I initially had some issues with waiting an hour because the on-site person was not in the office for our appointment. However, Ty, the District Manager was great & followed up with me about my issue, proving they do care about customer service. It’s people like him that go above and beyond and will always get 5 stars from me!! 👍

My Things Were Safe For The 8 Months They Were In Storage For. I Had An Issue With The Lock Taking Almost An Hour To Lock So When I Mentioned This, The Young Lady Expeditiously Replaced The Lock And I Was Able To Come And Geaux As I Pleased💯💯💯5 Stars
