This was my first time getting a storage, so there were things I didn't quite understand. Like how to use my combination to open and exit the gates. I learned that the storage place doesn't allow for entering and exting without specific informations which is all for good reason being I like to feel secure about my belongings. She actually took the time to demonstrate how to enter and exit the promises. The process to renting the space was easy and straight to the point which I like. And the customer service from Lexus (I think that's her name) is 5 stars for certain. So I would certainly recommend this location specifically if any loved one of mine needs a storage. I appreciate her she's nice.

Don’t not store your items at this location they have an inside job going on here where they break into your unit and steal your valuables then make it seem like nothing has ever happened. I am not the only person this has happened to
