I am updating this to four stars because they reached out and the issues have mostly been fixed. I believe that people should know they increased rent by fifty percent after less than 6 months. They were willing to work with me for the next three months but I think it is bad policy to not let people know about that when they sign on. So beware of likely giant increases in rent but also be aware that they might be able to work with you

Gabby at Public Storage made our day. We were just recovering from homelessness, and had some expensive things in storage that we hoped not to lose. But I was way behind on payment and my things were almost up for auction. Gabby helped me first to find my unit, confirm that my things were still recoverable, and helped us get all our things back. And we’re continuing rental for a bit! Thankful for her.

Moving sucks, this Public Storage location helped it to suck a lot less. I made a reservation online not entirely sure about the process and received a call 5 minutes later to confirm. Within the next 30 mins I made it to the office, checked out with a super affordable price, and was able to unload my car.
Shakilah truly exemplifies great customer service. She took the time to explain the cost breakdown and all the fees to me. I told her what items I had specifically and she helped me edit my storage size to one more appropriate for my needs.
I picked this location over the many others purely based on the 4.6 stars. This location is right off a main road and close to my job at the medical complex so it's so ideal. I'm able to open the gate, make changes, and see my upcoming payment all from the app. Can't speak on the elevators or accessing the inside units after hours, I selected an outdoor, drive-up unit. No complaints.

My experience with public storage was great. I came in needing to move asap and Kyria was able to get a storage unit within 20 mins. She was polite and respectful and easy to do business with. If you want kindness, great help, and patience this is the public storage for you. I am a very picky person who also was in a rush not listening to my family telling me to wait to get the storage. I did what I wanted anyways and got a storage unit and even started putting things in there for weeks before I needed to. Yesterday I stopped by to bring more things and realized my unit was too small. These ladies helped me weigh out my options that would be easier on me physically. I am pregnant I didn’t have to travel far to my new unit and I got a nice price. Thank you both Kyria and Natasha.

The young lady that work on the inside Ms Kyria was very good. But the place is so secure that its uncomfortable for the customer, the doors to the front and the elevator doors they are closing too soon you guys need to give us enough time to get our stuff at least inside the building or inside the elevator, they both needs to stay open just for a minute or so longer so that we can get stuff together without having to use the code 50 million times. And I feel like as a paying customer you guys shut down at 9 that's to soon you should at least give us till 11:30 or 12 midnight!!
