I have rented a unit at this location for almost two years now. Ms. Fee and the other office staff have always been friendly, professional and accommodating. I have had nothing but the best service and will definitely utilize this facility for all of my storage needs. The facility is secured and always very clean. The app allows you to make payments and keeps you informed. The prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!
I had some things to put in storage, U-Haul quoted me a price for a 5 x 10, thought it was a good deal. ( not ) reached out to public storage, beat out U-Haul by a long shot! the young lady there at the 1960 location she was so very helpful, she explained everything to me, showed me to the bin I would be renting. she was so helpful from the time I walked through the door. thank you for your awesome customer service skills, you went above and beyond to help me in making a hard decision easy. I would honestly recommend the establishment to whoever is in need of storage rental. thank you again public storage

This place is ridiculous. No one is ever in the office to help you. The manager is always gone or at another property. . I’ve called several times and left messages . No one ever returns my call. They go up on their rental prices all the time.. I highly don’t recommend this storage place. This place is so full of crap!!
I do not recommend this place at all, they do not have security in the least, they opened my trailer and stole around 13k in tools, and it did not happen just once, it was twice that they broke my trailer, and when this happened the manager instead of offering help acted arrogant, the fences are broken everywhere,
Well I'm going to say that I gave her this review because she was very generous and help me with a lot of things that I wasn't understanding and she's very cooperative and thank you so much for hospitality I highly recommend her on her job thank y.
The attendant mrs Fefe was very knowledgeable and very nice and forthcoming with information. I had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this public storage for anyone that needs a storage that I may know.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Manager is NEVER on property, access code for entry gate never works. After about 4-5 messages over days and days, a rude employee MAY call you back. They close at 6pm so you can’t access your belongings after that. Worst location ever! Will never rent from any public storage again!

I canceled my storage the same day I purchased it and they still wanna charge a $29 fee. I went somewhere else because I didn’t like the service when I called customer service on the 1800 number. So they wanna refund partial check man that’s crazy.

Fefe is a very nice person! Four months ago, I rent a car storage unit here for my oversea trip. The day I dropped my car, Fefe took her time to drop me off at the airport which I really appreciated. Today I came back from oversea trip, car won’t start after sitting there for four months. Fefe’s husband took whole morning trying to help me, first jumped car for me, then drove me to nearest gas station to get more gas, the whole morning work under the sun, then helped me called towing company. I can’t say enough thanks to appreciate Fefe and her husband’s help! Their kindness and professionalism need to let more people know about! I highly recommend this public storage company and will use it again in the future!

Bad service with rude management. The access hours are less than other storage places. They claim it's for security but allow people to sit in their units, drink, smoke, and hang out.

Don’t rent from here the customer service is horrible. I paid my storage on yesterday at 1053am I got there today August 17th there’s still a lock on my storage. The manager pulls up in her work uniform from a job has an attitude says I’ll let you in this time but the person doesn’t show up till 930am. I have never been locked out so I didn’t know the professional way to handle it talking to a customer is “ I am sorry we are closed at the moment someone can help you at 930am. She states the only reason I’m here is for my ac people. I have been in my storage for months. I would rather go to U haul to get twenty four access then deal with the attitude.
I wanted to rent 3 storage rooms. I even took the time to have a good conversation with the headquarters folks. But this location is the worst. Bad customer service. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. It was a big disappointment to have gone to this place. I'm taking my business to a better place since the manager there obviously doesn't want new customers.
This was the best experience and I had plenty of horrible experiences today. Ms Fe-Fe took her time to help me and very sympathetic. She was great went above and beyond to assist me! The best customer service I’ve ever had and without her I don’t know what I would’ve done!

On June 27, I contacted customer service to rent a storage unit. I asked for climate controlled. My sister witnessed the entire call because I had the rep on speaker. I received the link to confirm and book the unit. The next day I called the location to see how I could retrieve my keys. Disaster! First they did not have a climate controlled unit for me. Second they refused to refund my $228 and $21.64 for the lock. Third the customer service was awful! I contacted the customer service department and it was even worse! I never moved into the storage nor did I even step into the location and they refused to refund my money. That is theft! I contacted customer service via email, no response. I called a second time and was told a refund would be received within 10 business days. Those days passed. I called on Thursday and was told I would not receive a refund for 8 weeks. At this point I'm filing charges for theft!
Mrs Fefe was absolutely great in providing all the guided tours and information we needed in selection of space at your facility. Therefore, I would recommend to others whom are looking for storage space.
