This is the worst storage unit in South Texas I would never come here ever and I don't recommend to anybody I know and don't know to come here they have a stranded out here on a Friday night telling us to see a manager after we paid our money got it code got the storage unit number but every time we got to put the code in it says c manager and there's no manager here and no manager is answering the phone very bad customer service do not come here I repeat do not come to this public storage it's the worst public storage I've ever seen in my life don't let any of your family come here don't let your kids come here don't let your grandkids come here don't let anyone come here it's terrible

Elevator not working and no dollys
This location was formerly NSG, wasn't to happy with the customer service to this location, but it wasnt far from the residence I was staying. And the good out weighed the bad. And public storage was not my a option for me ,I was still upset with the experience I had in the past. I called , and spoke to Sally, had a pleasant conversation with her and was telling her public storage was not an option for me. Just said ,I couldn't remember why I choose not to do business with them. So, I was going to vacate the unit. To my surprise she enlighten me on a new option I could transfer to another city. Which that fit my needs perfectly, until I had to double pay. That didn't sit well with me.. So I paused the transfer. Then I remembered why... my dilemma was with Public Storage . Sally, customer service skills , are 1 of the best i ever have encountered dealing with all kinds of public situations. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable of the company. We need more people of her caliber in these companies that are serving the public. Thank you. Sally .. for your patience and kindness, and sorry for speaking negatively on the company u work represent. Also, I realized, I could phased it differently. Next time ,I will follow your example,think before speaking. And maybe , I can experience the same customer service again.
Ive had a unit with this company for about 3 years and let me say you can tell these new owners mean business when it comes to upgrading their property. Way too hot inside the building and no carts at all. This place has gone to hell!! Still hot inside and still no damn carts. I've been here for 5 and half years and never had any problems until they got a new manager. I'll be moving out of this facility really soon.
Appearantly they have been bought out by public storage. I have been trying to drop off some things yo my storage unit on the 3rd floor and are unable to because, all of the flatbed carts are gone and they are not replacing them. According to the temp management. He did not know what happened to them.says they may have been stolen but he was unsure if public storage would be replacing them in the next few months when they take over. So in the mean time everyone will need to bring your own or your just stuck until public storage takes over.

I had a 10 am reservation Saturday the 13th, I get there at 10 till and wait until they open, I go to the door at 10 and there's a sign stating they will be back at 10:30, I waited until 10:40 and no one showed, what a waste of time, I got lucky and got hooked up at uhaul fuqua, Adam helped me out quickly and got me rolling in no time, all around legit customer service, stay away from I-storage, they open when they want to. What a waste of time.

They have the worst customer service. I called to get information on my payment and received a $75 difference because of the lien fee. I wasn’t even warned that there was a possibility of an additional fee in addition to the late fees added to my account. Then the lady blamed corporate and said they have no control and the. She blamed the State of Texas. The worst storage company ever over a $34 unit. After they had people living in there. I wouldn’t send my dog to rent there

The price and location is good. BUT there should be more flat bed dollies to haul things. Sometimes there is 2. And today there was only one available for everyone.

I currently rent a storage from here and this is the 2nd or 3 rd time the elevators are down I need to access my property seems there are in no hurry to get them fixed ? Top of the that when I go to the office there hasn’t been anyone on site in days . I tried calling the 1800 number for support I can never get through anyone so frustrating ready to move out my belongings
I was planning to move my items out this weekend and before my next payment but BOTH elevators are malfunctioning! My storage unit is on the second floor and I have no way of reaching them! For what I have paid this is unacceptable.
