Had an issue with rats but Carmela was extremely helpful given the circumstances. We appreciate her taking care of the problems she inherited from CubeSmart
Since the new buy out I seen this storage facility turn it around. Met with Carmela who handled my account. Awesome woman helped me out with getting my unit from the shambles that was cube smart

My experience with Jorge the property manager was extremely informative because he was very knowledgeable and extremely patient while informing me about some of the rules and regulations of public storage. It is rare to have an employer who gives you special time for services .

I posted a review because of the terrible access at the facility as well as the terrible customer service we experienced at both the facility and through managers. They replied suggesting I email them. We emailed and called numerous times and continuously got rude and unhelpful replies. Turn around and take your business elsewhere.

I’ll never ever if needed do services here again the gate access said available everyday 6am -10pm everyday I am currently outside the gate on 6/22/25 11am with a truck and car full of things trying to get to my storage but the gate access is temporary restricted for business hrs only. This is a very huge inconvenience when I’ve paid movers now they have to unload their truck with my belongings a have to pay them twice …. I am highly upset we were not notified in advance by phone or email access hours will be changed temporarily. I am contacting corporate!!!!!!
Ms Holly was very very awesome, patient and understanding.. I was very overwhelmed and she took her time to make sure I understood everything and even stayed pass her time I really appreciate that.

What an amazing storage! Adele is the nicest and while touring the facility, I noticed even the unit gates are cleaned and made a comment about it. To my surprised, Adele said they are required to clean the facility and even wipe down the gates periodically. That right there tells me they take good care of the place and why would I go anywhere else but here? Highly recommend renting here if you are in the area and need storage space~

The people that work here are very nice. My problem is with the company itself. I moved in a 20x10 storage unit 3 years ago for $110 a month. I never missed a payment but yall raised my rent to $260 my last increase!! That’s ridiculous! I know you do this because we don’t want to take the time to move out because we just moved in. Y’all are crooks! You take advantage of the customer even if they are great tenants! I will never recommend y’all to anyone! In fact, I will warn everyone I know about your scam!

Super clean facility with many climate controlled units. Store manager Adele is the nicest and most accommodating! I wanted a unit closer to the entrance and she was able to help me. 5/5 recommend!!

If you have a big moving truck, the location I rented from on 17635 W. Little York Rd can be tricky to maneuver. Other than that, the location and unit were clean. Laura is great! She made sure she was available to open the other gate so that I could exit the property with ease.
