I got a GREAT DEAL by doing it online. This is the way to get best deal. Ray was very helpful getting me settled in. He was personable & patient. Thus helping me get out of previous bad deal. Ray provided us with excellent service when we needed to switch from a unit on the 2nd floor to a unit on the 3rd floor. He guided us every step of the way and the unit was spic and span
All of my things were kept safe and well taken care of. The staff were exceptionally nice and the property manager, Ray, went out of his way to handle closing/vacating my unit after we withdrew our things. We basically didn't have to do anything, which made other aspects of our move so much easier. Thanks Ray!

Writing to share my experience here. The location was super convenient for me when moving items from my house. And, even more importantly, the manager, Ray, does such a good job at managing the property--I'd be willing to take the extra time to use this location as my primary storage even if it was further from me! I reserved a unit online the day before and accidentally showed up on Saturday morning before the property opened. Ray was already there and let me come into the front office and helped me right away. He was professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. Ray answered all my questions and provided me with all the necessary information to properly access my unit. When I had trouble with opening the door, he promptly came to the unit and assisted me with it. He never made me feel like I was bothering him at all, despite lowkey being needy with my questions. He helped me ensure I had Bluetooth access to the gate via the app and even offered me a pizza when I returned to the office with more questions around lunch. I can't say enough good things about the experience, which is unfortunately increasingly rare in 2025 at any establishment/business, let alone storage units! You can trust your items are well maintained and under good management while Ray is at this location. Thank you, Ray! You made all the difference :)

The customer service here is piss poor and I feel sorry if you ever have to go to the office and ask questions. The bumpy face girl with all the make up sit in there with the door locked and watch you pull on it then walks over unlocks it and walks away. She won’t greet you or anything and when you ask her a question she doesn’t hesitate to let you know you’re getting on her nerves! How you mad at me because you work here you filled out the application

The on-site manager is unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I could not access the elevator to my unit, and she spoke to me like I was wasting her time.
The black lady in that location is sooo rud. She has a terrible attitude, and she left us waiting for half an hour without being able to leave because she didn't want to give us a code, and she hid in the cellars so as not to let us go out, we had to wait until another person came in to be able to leave. horrible experience
The manager here is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When I moved in she rudely told me where the unit was and gave poor directions at that. When I moved out I left stuff behind because of ROACHES. And then she harassed me about not cleaning out my unit before the 1st and owing the FULL MONTH. I was out by the 3rd. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible.

First they raised their rates within one year from $118 to $183!!!
Secondly it appears someone had a master key and STOLE much of our belongings. Bikes, golf clubs and clothes. The lock was re locked when I returned to the locker and the only way to re lock the lock is with the key in it. Also the back public door has been broken for 6 weeks with no repairs. Unlikely insurance will cover due to no signs of break in. Avoid this place.

Shanelle was awesome! I started the application online the night before to reserve a unit but did not complete the payment portion. I like to do that in person. I showed up early at 9:15 they don't open until 9:30 so I went to Dollar tree across the street. As I was headed back I got a call from her at 9:33 and she asked if I need help completing the application for the Unit rental. I told her I would be there in 2 mins which I was. The whole process was smooth and seamless. She showed me the unit and we were done within 5 to 10 mins! Also kudos to her for checking in with me as soon as they opened! Talk about Great customer service! To whoever is in charge She NEEDS A RAISE!!! Thank you Shanelle!

I booked over the phone and when I showed up no one was working and they were undergoing renovations. If you’re moving you know changes to plans suck! Couldn’t get connected to anyone over the phone either. Had to go to a different storage provider…
Worst public storage I have ever been to. No one ever answers the phone or is in the office. I’ve noticed there’s maybe two dolly’s throughout the whole property if your lucky. I’m having to sit in my car and wait for someone to be done with one so that I can get the last of my things out.

I just moved out of my unit two days ago, and was pleased with the service I received from Shanelle. She was very welcoming and professional, never seen service like it before. Just amazing, great move out process she made it breezy.
I’ve been with this public storage going on 3+ years and the property needs to have better maintenance. Pro - location, location, location! Cons - the elevators are out of service or broken most of the time with no public notifications to their renters, there are trash everywhere and when you need the dolly it’s rarely available. I can’t say much about customer service since I don’t really interact with them but when I moved in they were helpful enough.
If I could give them zero stars I would! I bought a unit three days ago and could not gain access inside the building. Property manager is never there. Called customer service they keep telling me I have to wait until the property manager gets there. The elevator was broke within those three days so I had to call customer service for them to put a ticket inside. Since I was not able to move in I lost my bedroom set and living room set. I lost so much money, time, and mover fee with them. Highly do not recommend! You will get the run around

The receptionist walked towards me at the front door, literally wrote “meeting” on a post it note and stuck it on the door..did not even open the door and just talk to me and tell me that she was busy. Truly the most horrible service I have ever experienced.
We have been renting from this particular store for the last year. Shifting from outdoor units to climate control units. I wanted to recognize Lisa, the manager, at this location. She has gone above and beyond to help me with each unit. She promptly returns my phone calls and recently helped me to close out one of the units this month. I hope that management will recognize employees like Lisa, who are hard working and go above and beyond to make Public Storage, a company others would want to do repeat business with.

Beware! Beware!! While shopping for storage units about 6 months ago the main appeal of this location was the price! However, not fully into a year, the rent has increased by 35%. The increase wasn’t attributed to anything other than the fact they can! Do yourself a favor and find a different place.
Excellent property management, clean pavement, safe and secure location. Latanya helped me find my dream unit and also educated me about size options for my vintage collection.

Our unit was broken into and looted. Only just finding out when showing up today to prep for a move to find a brand new lock on our unit. No one called to notify us. We then had to bolt cut the lock just to enter our own unit. They thieves knew what to grab. No one seems concerned and the rent constantly goes up. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

This is my first time using a storage unit rental, and the experience was great! Using the app, it’s easy to open the gate and activate the elevators. The lock and keys are placed inside of the unit for easy access. I had trouble finding my unit and Diamond was very helpful in giving me directions and providing a phone number for additional support, if needed.

I stopped by this location today for some bubble wrap and boxes . The lady that assisted me named was Veronica she was so friendly and introduced her self soon as I walked in. I came to the store to get some boxes for my business, nothing major. When I stepped in, I was greeted by Veronica. She was so courteous and friendly. She made sure I had all the right sized boxes for the items I needed packed and even talked me into possibly getting a unit for some of the other items I have in my office. I’ll most definitely be back to rent a space when the time is right. It’s so refreshing to see people work hard and keep a positive attitude.
