She was friendly, professional, placed me in a location close to home, & was able to save me some money - over $60 that another location was charging for same size! I was given a phone call earlier that led with me being disappointed. I had spoken to Angel. Who has been very nice to me on the phone in the past and very polite. Despite my frustration and hanging up. He still took the time to still resolve my issue and had his manager to help me. It’s been a bad morning with bad news after another. Good storage unit in a safe area!
Nice location with easy access. No staff works at this location, and it is a little difficult at first to get help.
Need to find a storage last minute and the price changes so quickly on the kiosk so I call in, and Tai help me find the perfect unit with the perfect price.
My suggestion is try to call them first, they have have better deal for you. It was so easy.

This location is generally clean, and it’s very easy and quick to get a unit rental using their website. I have my belongings in a 5x5 unit while I am in the process of moving into my new apartment and I haven’t had any problems. The people at the front desk greet you and are helpful if you have questions.

I live in the area and have rented a few units here and its cool they close at 6 pm cause it keep the homeless out. the manager was able to keep my rate from going up for 6 months and and is always there unlike previous woman that was there
