The latch on the rental unit I rented only allowed for a cylindrical lock. Valerie was able to provide me with an adapter so that I could use my own lock and avoid the lock rental fee as well as switching fee if I had moved units that had a different latch. I appreciate her being kind and patient. Especially helpful in this holiday season.

Had a storage here for 2 years, only bad review is the price kept increasing from 62 to 96 in the course of 24 months. On the other hand, Miss Dora helped me vacate and she was perfection. Helped me get in the hallway since I hadn't been to my storage so long and was unfamiliar with the new way of entering. And she stopped to help me while she was in the process of sweating in the sun putting trash in the dumpster. She went back and forth multiple times to open the door and check if my unit was empty.
