I had a very wonderful experience here. Axia , she was so nice, professional and very knowledgeable. If you have a military card they will give you a discount. It is not much, but they will wave certain fees. Check them out and Good Luck! Tell them that I sent you there and they will take care of you ! I FORGOT to tell you all also you get a discount if you make the reservation online or if you scan the QR CODE on their door so many incentives.

I ended up getting a larger indoor unit than I had originally planned (outdoor 10x10) and I couldn’t be happier with the deal. Truthfully, this is the first storage facility I have ever worked with, but I practically live here. LOL We are in and out all the time because we work out of our home and very little storage. I like that it's gated and you have to have a code to enter. I have one of the outside storage spots and very little dirt gets inside. It's pretty affordable considering what all we keep in our spot and we feel very safe leaving our things in their care.

Bad experience here,had my furniture etc here for 1 year and there was a rat infestation which rendered my things useless. Had to throw most of my furniture to trash due to rat droppings and urine. Had insurance purchased through them but obviously it did not cover any of it so lost my rear end after paying storage a whole year. Not cool!

I move in on the 15 of may . left out of town on the 18 .came back on the 23 went to my storage walk up to the door some cut my lock and stole my belongings.very very very poor security. I told the guy in the office what happen and file a police report .call the insurance and move the rest of my belongings out of the storage the same day. I only been there for 9 days and some one broke into my unit . i will never go back there ever again. What the use of have security camera for when u can go back on the video an see who did it.

Then I ran into her a couple of days later and I was having trouble loading me sectional in the freight elevator and she stopped what she was doing just to assist me. This is the place to go! I had dealings with three different associates - all were positive, helpful and very professional. However, I have to say that Jim was a standout, excellent customer service professional. He should be a manager or something because he takes care of his customers with genuine concern and a desire to make sure the move is as easy as possible. I rarely give reviews, but I had to give a shout out to Jim - he is awesome!
