Of all the storage facilities in my area, Public Storage is the most well kept and the staff is friendly. But since Public Storage bought out All Storage last year our monthly rent was raised 2 times. We moved out, prices too high and rental prices being raised too often.

We rented a space to park a trailer but we underestimated the width of our trailer. The spot we rented online was really tight and it wasn't fair for the people on either side of me to stay in the narrow spot. Jose came out to show us any open spots and we paid a few dollars more for a wider spot. Jose made the whole rental experience easy and stress free.

I Am so satisfied with the over the top service i received when i arrived to my unit yesterday I had been running all day moving and it was kind of hectic, i was tired already but the head guy Jose made sure he put my stress level at ease he heard my plight once he found out my problem. Kellie was very sweet and nice. I’ve been storing there for 2+ years. The climate controlled units are worth it! Especially the inside drive-up units. Get on the waitlist, again its worth it. Also, it’s very low key and gated. I like that. Nice neighborhood, my parents stay in the area so it super convenient as well. I had a great conversation over the phone but when I arrived no one answered and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. This is my first time getting a storage unit and wasted my time to get off work early to be promised to be shown a unit so I can lock down with them. So if you are looking for somewhere be ready to be given false hope

I have used the All Storage Lakeridge location a couple of times and have always referred business to them in the area. Staff was always friendly and helpful which only added to feeling safe storing my ‘stuff’ in a clean and safe facility. I highly recommend the climate controlled rooms if it’s in your budget as it is highly recommended!
Awesome check in by staff Other than that... There are no curtesy carts for unloading items out of car, on to elevators, and up to second floor. This is most disappointing especially after a long drive from Washington state. To me, no carts takes away from the message that you are trying to get out of being a upscale storage facility. Also you mentioned that it’s climate controlled , I felt that it was pretty warm in the building for it to be a climate control building. I’m not exactly sure how I will be getting my stuff back downstairs when I’m ready to move out, but hopefully by then you’ll have some carts. I was very shocked that you did not.

The “manager” Vickie is completely unprofessional. Very rude and loud. Bought a unit almost a month ago and still have not received the right paperwork. When I went in to ask about it, she got very upset and said I had to call someone who doesn’t even work there?! I bought from “All Storage” why am I having to track down paperwork that they should have given to me? Told me she doesn’t have the paperwork that legally, she should. Told her that was illegal and she said she didn’t care. To sue her. I will be filing a complaint and calling the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (as well as a lawyer) to see what next steps I need to take next, legally. Thanks for reading. 😊

This All Storage facility does not care about its customers belongs at all, they would have better cameras to catch the thieves. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful towards me. I've have to downsize units a few times and they've always been accommodating and never tried to upsell me to get more money out of me. The facilities are also very clean and nice. This is a nice, quiet location so I've always felt safe, even towards the later hours.

Is there anyway this storage facility could offer a few more carts to help move items to storage had to leave could not locate one and it was to heavy to carry to unit?

Great for its purpose. Too bad that everybody follows you in. There is no way to NOT allow the vehicles behind you to not follow. You pass the gate strip. It will not close until you get farther in, by that time next car's nose is in. UGH!
I've been parking my business equipment and also using a storage unit for my business for almost 9 years and have not had any issues or complaints on this location. Management is great location lean and secured. Big Dragon Truck & Trailer Repair will keep doing business with All Storage.

I have stored my boat at this All Storage for over 6 years. I like this place because it's clean and convenient to me. They have great customer service, too. I had an issue with my automatic payments and Greg was very helpful in fixing it.

I love my storage space I have. The hours are great & the ease of access to get in & out of the facility are awesome with the passcode that is needed. I like the fact that while I’m there, I see the employees going around to check all premises to make sure everything is okay. My son & I ran into Greg today & was very friendly indeed. #Tailgating lol

i love this place so much i got a unit on the 2nd floor they have big elevators, carts, and dollies for me to use for free so that helped a lot and i love how the property is very well lit, and how great the staff is on making sure they help with your every need....

I love the facility! My unit is in the climate control building. I have never seen a storage facility like this in my life! I never get wet or wind blown if it is raining or windy! I love all the people in the office. They are always smiling.
