90% of these are fake reviews and I know this for a fact! This location is horrible and your stuff will be infested with bugs and roaches! You pay $170.00 a month to keep your stuff safe for 4 years and now it’s all ruined! Smells bad and bugs and roaches have taken everything. I have pictures and videos evidence of everything and have contacted the news. My pictures, furniture, and art work are ruined and looks like rat poop and pee on them as well. I’m just so mad that all the money was wasted and some of these items can’t be replaced.
Centerville has a great clean location, Jonathan was super helpful with getting me two storage units and returning a lock.
This place smells horrible and has roaches and bugs! They have ruined all of my furniture that I have homed here for 4 years. I paid all of this money to keep everything safe and climate controlled, just to have it ruined! Do your research and look at all the fake reviews!

Do not rent from this location! I'm going to post pictures. All these reviews are fake! Or if you leave a negative review they call you and offer you free rent to take it down. All of my furniture has bugs and smells horrible! I'm going to have to buy all new furniture. This place is disgusting. Walk through the doors of the climate controlled units in the 4200 side and it's so bad. If you want your stuff ruined store your stuff here. I have rented here for over 4 years and paid all of that money for all of my stuff to be ruined and I am having to buy everything over. This place is ridiculous.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Since they bought out Storage King everything has gone downhill. The gate is broken half the time, either won’t open with/without their stupid app or it won’t close so anyone can wonder in if they like! My “climate controlled” unit is hotter than outside to where I have wax for wax warmers that are actively melting inside my unit. The worst part is the smell. This has been going on for months. It smells like something has died and they’re just letting it sit. Being hot, sweaty and having to smell that actually makes me sick whenever I have to visit my unit. If I wanted to report any of this to someone there… good luck, there’s never anyone in the office. Wanna move heavy objects or more than one thing? Try again! They’ve been promising a cart since they took over! On top of everything, since they bought this property my price has doubled. Do not rent here, literally anywhere is better. Anyone leaving a good review was incentivized somehow and their review is not reality.

I love the property and staff at this location! Lorrie has been such a great help and has made sure to make herself available to her customers while she’s present! I am leaving 4 state because the electricity where my unit is located is out and they are unsure when it will be fixed. Because of this, the keypad is not working making it difficult to easily access my unit! Nevertheless, I appreciate the kindness of staff and clean property!

Mrs Lorrie is the absolute best!!! The place was actually closed but she came to assist me. She went ABOVE and BEYOND with assisting me, talking about being patient, that she was. She made sure I had the unit I needed and listened to my concerns and never rushed me! And even though it was hot out she stilled walked to show me a few units. Mrs Lorrie deserves employee of the month and a raise ASAP! Thank you Mrs Lorrie there should more people in this world like you.

Update: don’t rent here. The app bugs and won’t let you into the gate or the building. There is never anyone in the office. This is the second time that I’ve tried to get into my unit in the past 2 weeks and the app would not work to let me in AND no one would answer the phone AND I could see that an employee was there bc their stuff was sitting on the desk, but they were no where to be found. What a waste of money and time. What’s the point of having a storage unit if you can’t access it?

We are at 2404 E. Centerville, Public storage unit facility we are needing to speak with the woman in the office. This was a newly purchased facility service has been trash since the other guy left from storage King. There’s no one in the office. They opened at 10 it’s 1049. I can see myself calling the phone and the phone ringing there’s no one in the office. No one lives here. There’s absolutely nobody on site after Checking the premises. No one’s answering the phones or giving calls back. There’s multiple people waiting in the parking lot along with the fire marshal, no one can get access.

I sat down with Rob yesterday to rent a unit for vehicle storage and wasn’t sure what to expect but by the time I left I felt completely at ease. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Rob is very much an attention to detail individual and keeps an eye on everything at his facility. I may upgrade my unit or rent an additional one in the future. I feel comfortable and secure doing business here.

Scam. I started a reservation online but never confirmed it, however, they charge my card and refused to refund me once I called their office. Poor way of doing business.

This is my first time renting storage at this location. First impression is everything! This place is clean, spacious and the units are well kept. These units are secured and monitored 24/7 with climate control. Mr. Rob attended to my needs here and was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I understand rent increases- I am a real estate professional. The price increase in this situation was unreasonable. You increased my rent by $100 per month which was more than a 60% increase. When I asked about it, I was told "Welcome to Real Estate." Not a great way to do business. The reason I gave it two stars instead of one was because I had no issues with the gate and there was someone in the office monitoring traffic in and out of the storage facility.

I was on my 5th day of cleaning out my mother in law’s house when it occurred to me I would need a storage unit. Rob was extremely helpful and courteous and made the process as painless as possible! The facility is new, clean, and conveniently located near Centerville and Lakeview Parkway in Garland. They are actively offering discounts on certain units.
