My move in was beyond easy! I got my access code around 12:30 the morning of my reservation date so I didn’t have to sit around and wait to start moving in. Rainy called and made sure my move in was smooth and assisted with all my other concerns I would definitely recommend PS to anyone.

Kathy has helped me twice in trying to reduce my rent. I have been with this property for a year and they went up on my rent. I'm considering finding another unit so that I can pay what I was paying before. If they can put my rent back to what it was I will be a happy camper and ill tell all my friends about public storage. Kathy is very nice and helpful. I put the 3 stars only because I'm not satisfied with the rental increase. I'll gladly make it a 5 star review of my rent goes back to normal and I would rent an entire year there after.
*edit* I just got a call from Kathy and they decreased my rent by $3 bucks. I can't complain. Im thankful she is helping me. Thank you so much Kathy! She is very kind. Bumping it to 4 stars.

Got a message from Robert, he called to go over my rate and to let me know if it should go down in the future we could visit that but for now, it's currently the best rate for the area. I was surprised and content that he called. It was good customer service.
