Definitely overly priced for no reason. The girl lied and said the storage was big enough for a 1 bedroom. It was the size of a closet!! I couldn’t even fit half my thing in it. They never answer!! NEVER. Nobody is even in office! I wasn’t even in the storage 3 weeks and i had to pay a full payment after already paying my payment to move in it.And im still being charged and my stuff has been out the storage for a whole month already.

If you are ok with throwing your money and valaubles away this is your place. i am having to move out after my unit was broken into for the third time. Don't worry though they have a camera on their office space but not any of the units. They know theft is bad and don't do anything to fix it. Use at your own risk!!!!!

Reasonably priced storage facility still closed to downtown, however it is not as insulated at as advertised. It got quite warm in there over the summer so I will be moving my stuff that is temperature sensitive out.

BEWARE! Bait and switch. Made an online reservation that specifically states Public Storage will guarantee price And the pricing discount will be honored for any rental originating from an online reservation. On the day of the rental they refused to honor the pricing.

Awful service. Our unit was broken into not less than 6 months after we started renting. After filing a police report and meeting with crime investigators, we learned that this *particular location* has a rather frequent history of break-ins. There is limited security around the facility: one exterior camera near the main gate and a security door that can be pulled open (thanks to the kind demonstration by the CI team). The corporate policy for break-ins/theft and (especially) the property management do little to protect your property. 10/10 do not recommend. Be sure to check out the City of Dallas community crime map if you need to see to believe! :D

My wife booked a unit and while she was still there at the location, 3 minutes after paying she called me and I let her know that she was at the wrong location. They refused a refund. I stopped by to see what the cost was for a storage unit and the property manager Tammy was very nice and very helpful. I explained that i wouldn't need the storage unit for a few more months. The thing about PS is that they charge what they tell you from the start. But then charge a different price a payments in. The employees are actually all nice and helpful also very honest about their work. Always loved the employees there.

My very first experience with renting a storage in general and specifically with Public Storage here is horrible. I only need to use storage for a month, and cancel early before the end of the month. After reassuring me "you're good to go", I keep getting charge $75 for another month plus late fee without using their service. Tried to contact them many times to solve it, but at the end i have to give up and pay the money. It's not worth the hassle. I do wish their staff had better understanding and explanation for their first time customer, didn't make assumption that we know everything. If they're able do so, their repeating customer number would be improved dramatically.

Eurydice at 1605 Vilbig location in Dallas was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my immediate situation. There was a discrepancy that arose with another customers account with the exact same name as mine, whom owed close to 300.00 dollars. After careful examination, she quickly realized the error, rectified the matter, apologized, and proceeded to close the sale. I would recommend this company for your storage needs.

When renting a unit I made a reservation at the Westmoreland location,when I got there unit was still occupied so the only location that had any units available was on vilbig I didn't receive special for smallest unit had to pay $80/month the facility did work with me for late payments overall unhappy with amount I had to pay Beth was a great help with move out

Zelina (manager) was great! I wanted something close to the access door and she showed me several options. The one I wanted had not yet been swept clean but instead of telling me it wasn't available, she said to give her a few minutes and she would sweep it out, which she did! A lot of employees would have just said to choose one of the already cleaned units but Zelina went above and beyond to make sure i got what I wanted. The price is reasonable, the location is great for me and Zelina was great!

The managers at this location were very courteous and knowledgeable. They had boxes and tape and mattresses covers so I can properly store my belongings without fear of damage to it. They answered all of my questions. They have cameras on site and I feel my items will be very secure here. Then you Naomi for everything.
