Nick, the manager is great. Very responsible and always returns calls. Public Storage, on the other hand keeps raising the rent every six months on long-term customers. If you’re looking for a steady rate, this is not the place.
That said, the facility is secure, fenced lighted, security cameras. I always felt much safer here.
When I did call to try to get my rate lowered after they increased it again I was able to do that once or twice. Otherwise, it kept going up.

Paid for climate control, a/c has not worked in the last 6 days, keep getting told a ticket / work order has been submitted. We paid extra for climate control and now my items that required climate control are ruined.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Bedford, Airport Frwy location of Public Storage. Even though I've experience one price increase, this location is much cheaper than other locations I've stored my belongings. The manager Nick has been very accommodating cool to work with. I haven't had any problems at this location at all.

Let’s start with 5 stars for Nick. He has always been extremely pleasant to talk to, great about returning phone calls and really helped me out when the lock on my unit got jammed.
Overall the property is well maintained and clean entrance access is easy and convenient by using either phone or gate code.
the only downfall I saw was pricing was pretty high after the first year, but at this point everything is expensive. And the mice/rats not sure which it is. My unit had fresh droppings and urine stains all over it and in the boxes and you could see where they had eaten thru the boxes.
I would definitely use them again if the need arose and just make sure I used plastic totes versus boxes.

Totally agree with one of the reviews that is recommending to hire a lawyer regarding the shady practices of this facility specifically with all the damages occurring from rodents. I didn’t see any baits or any other means to control the rodent infestation in this facility and if you complain for the damage they don’t answer or claim that the insurance will pay.
Funny thing in the reviews are all the people saying positive and good stuff about management, if these people are not paid then they are from another planet.

Agree with all the 1 stars and negative reviews. I doubt the good reviews are true and not paid for by offering a $5 off for a positive review. Horrible, absent, unprofessional, not client friendly management. Not surprised by the management if the company’s culture is client abuse. They don’t care about you as a tenant. No preventative measures for rodent activity. Add to this their 1800 that I tried couple of times and I can barely understand any English from the customer rep.

As a former storage facility manager, I am deeply disappointed by the predatory practices at this Public Storage location. The office is consistently closed, making it nearly impossible to communicate without navigating a restricted 1-800 line.
Warning to Bedford residents: Public Storage here uses abusive pricing and insurance tactics. They hike the rent every three months and make it nearly impossible to opt out of their $15/month insurance,
canceling their high-premium $15 insurance unnecessarily difficult, despite my legal right to substitute it with my own homeowners' declaration page. Between the forced insurance and the aggressive rent increases every three months, it is clear that consumer ethics are not a priority here. I strongly advise potential renters to look for local facilities that follow more transparent and ethical standards.
I think as consumers our voices needs to be louder so that TSSA can make some fundamental changes to limit the predatory practices by the big self storage companies

Having to leave because I'm moving out of town but the manager Nick has always been super helpful and courteous in regards to any issues it questions I've had. I'm there a lot and I always see him or someone else doing walkthroughs to help prevent theft and nick even called me one time to let me know that I forgot to lock my unit which might've saved me a fortune!

Nick is a fine young man, polite, pleasant and always willing to help. Hi is an asset to the company.
The facility is well kept and secure, with a manager living onsite... It is not cheap, but the manager Nick has been extremely helpful and informative to help me bring my cost down, as well as showing good customer service recently with a late fee I incurred over the holiday... He has gone above and beyond to communicate with me and also fixed when I accidently double paid last week, saving me from being cash strapped this week.... I have no plan on moving out as long as I'm still living in the area...
Remote entry, from the Public Storage mobile app, hasn't worked for several months at this location.
The place is rat infested! The health department should go check them out ! Rats ate my belongings! Their office hours are not real! No one is in the location it all! No one will take care of this situations! Everything is lost in my unit! THEY HAVE A RAT PROBLEM!

They lie to you and I’m not the only person that lived the same situation! A unit 10 x 15 so I paid 150 dollars they said you are covered with insurance and it will cover 5000 dollars ! Is a lie they said if by accident forget any food they won’t cover anything! So is your fault ! The units are uncovered from the top of the ceiling so any rodent will pass from unit to unit ! Don’t go there if you want to deal without any cover, loose all your belongs and deal w nasty customer service ! Horrible experience!

There is a dead rat in my unit, and I was told by customer service that's my problem not theirs.
They would raise my rent without notice. I haven't been there maybe 2 years and it's gone up 100 dollars. I have a friend that has the same size unit and pays less and been there longer. It rains inside my unit. I will never use public storage again.

Pros and cons to renting a storage space here..
Pros - clean facility, climate controlled, and easy access.
Cons - raise your rent every 3 months, and it’s beyond a hassle to dispute with customer service every 3 months. Still waiting on a call back from the district manager…
I will be moving my things to a new storage facility with a locked in rate.
Just moved into our new storage unit a week ago. The move went smoothly and the staff was great about meeting our needs and wants. I hope that it works out better then our previous storage facility.i haven't even been in my unit for four months and they are already raising my rate by $12 which is ridiculous and that's why I moved from my previous storage facility

I have a storage unit at this location. I have rented a 10 x 20 large until which holds all my belongings other then some clothing items I need on a daily basis. It has been just a few months since completely filling every inch of this unit. A few days ago we arrived to remove our belongings to find everything covered in vermin. The smell is so bad it triggered my asthma and sent me to the emergency room. The Orange Door Insurance Policy covers $150 in damage due to vermin not being covered by the insurance. The facility will not return my calls. Public Storage Customer Service Support told me the are not liable and have no affiliation with Orange Door which is the Insurance company they forced me to get upon signing the lease for the unit. Everything I now own, my kids belongings, grandkids, family belongings of my deceased relatives, pictures that can not be replaced are ruined. Guess I should hire an attorney because public storage nor Orange door are offering to help. Ridiculous

I will definitely recommend people to use this Storage because the quality surpassed anything I have experienced in Orlando. People skills are very important in business and it's rare that managers are available to work with customers . This made a difference in our lives.

I’m very upset with this company . First storage unit I rented from online , it had a lock on the unit , I had movers with me , then i was forced to rent a different unit thinking I was going to get reimbursed the money for the first unit , however I only was reimbursed part of what I paid .
After calling don’t know how many time I finally was given the regional manager phone number (not really a direct number ) I have made several attempts to contact Troy leaving voicemails and I have not gotten a call back yet . My 2nd storage unit is $101 a month 85 rent and the rest for insurance cost equaling $101 , they said they reimbursed me $93 for the 1st unit which should be applied to my current unit account is what I was told. Which is incorrect math , because why do I I have a balance of $57 for next month .. 101-93=$8. I am not just making a review im contacting the better business bureau and anyone else I can about this matter! stay away from this brand!! this location is the lock was on the unit (nobody in the office during posted hours)

We have used this facility off and on for some time. Nick, the manager, is absolutely the best. He is very helpful in getting signed in, checking out, and all points in between. He is always checking on the property and keeping things maintained. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Nick helped me out w getting a unit. Excellent customer service and help whenever needed. He was always on site when I needed him during business hours. Only complaint would be that public storage does not prorate if you leave early. But that’s not the fault of ol Nick. It appears to be company policy. Thank you!
Nick the property manager at this location is fantastic! I saw him yesterday by himself clearing out units nonstop and still taking care of customers. Give this guy a raise!

I didn’t catch the guys name… whoever was working 10/04/22. Man saved my day. The location I had rented a space at didn’t have their office open and I was in a bind. He went out of his way to meet me at the other location and get me setup with my storage unit. Really awesome service, very appreciative.

I rented a new space this last Saturday. They already took my money, yet my code does not work. I have called and called and the property manager does not return phone calls and customer service is unable to help. It seems as no one can help me. This place is literally down the street from my home, so it is in an ideal location, but seems as no one can help me.
Was attempting to make a payment around 4 pm that day (Wednesday) and the location was shut down without any advanced notice.
