Nick was here on a Sunday and helped me with both my storage units!!!! Great help
Having to leave because I'm moving out of town but the manager Nick has always been super helpful and courteous in regards to any issues it questions I've had. I'm there a lot and I always see him or someone else doing walkthroughs to help prevent theft and nick even called me one time to let me know that I forgot to lock my unit which might've saved me a fortune!
I’ve been by numerous storage facilities and spoken to a lot of different Property Managers but when I walked in to this facility I was greeted immediately by Nick and he understood and listened to my needs and gave me more information than I’ve received by far from any other storage facility.. I appreciate you and I definitely will be renting here in the next month!

The facility is well kept and secure, with a manager living onsite... It is not cheap, but the manager Nick has been extremely helpful and informative to help me bring my cost down, as well as showing good customer service recently with a late fee I incurred over the holiday... He has gone above and beyond to communicate with me and also fixed when I accidently double paid last week, saving me from being cash strapped this week.... I have no plan on moving out as long as I'm still living in the area...

There is a dead rat in my unit, and I was told by customer service that's my problem not theirs.
They would raise my rent without notice. I haven't been there maybe 2 years and it's gone up 100 dollars. I have a friend that has the same size unit and pays less and been there longer. It rains inside my unit. I will never use public storage again.

Pros and cons to renting a storage space here..
Pros - clean facility, climate controlled, and easy access.
Cons - raise your rent every 3 months, and it’s beyond a hassle to dispute with customer service every 3 months. Still waiting on a call back from the district manager…
I will be moving my things to a new storage facility with a locked in rate.
Just moved into our new storage unit a week ago. The move went smoothly and the staff was great about meeting our needs and wants. I hope that it works out better then our previous storage facility.i haven't even been in my unit for four months and they are already raising my rate by $12 which is ridiculous and that's why I moved from my previous storage facility

I have a storage unit at this location. I have rented a 10 x 20 large until which holds all my belongings other then some clothing items I need on a daily basis. It has been just a few months since completely filling every inch of this unit. A few days ago we arrived to remove our belongings to find everything covered in vermin. The smell is so bad it triggered my asthma and sent me to the emergency room. The Orange Door Insurance Policy covers $150 in damage due to vermin not being covered by the insurance. The facility will not return my calls. Public Storage Customer Service Support told me the are not liable and have no affiliation with Orange Door which is the Insurance company they forced me to get upon signing the lease for the unit. Everything I now own, my kids belongings, grandkids, family belongings of my deceased relatives, pictures that can not be replaced are ruined. Guess I should hire an attorney because public storage nor Orange door are offering to help. Ridiculous

I’m very upset with this company . First storage unit I rented from online , it had a lock on the unit , I had movers with me , then i was forced to rent a different unit thinking I was going to get reimbursed the money for the first unit , however I only was reimbursed part of what I paid .
After calling don’t know how many time I finally was given the regional manager phone number (not really a direct number ) I have made several attempts to contact Troy leaving voicemails and I have not gotten a call back yet . My 2nd storage unit is $101 a month 85 rent and the rest for insurance cost equaling $101 , they said they reimbursed me $93 for the 1st unit which should be applied to my current unit account is what I was told. Which is incorrect math , because why do I I have a balance of $57 for next month .. 101-93=$8. I am not just making a review im contacting the better business bureau and anyone else I can about this matter! stay away from this brand!! this location is the lock was on the unit (nobody in the office during posted hours)

Nick helped me out w getting a unit. Excellent customer service and help whenever needed. He was always on site when I needed him during business hours. I rented a new space this last Saturday. They already took my money, yet my code does not work. I have called and called and the property manager does not return phone calls and customer service is unable to help. It seems as no one can help me. This place is literally down the street from my home, so it is in an ideal location, but seems as no one can help me.
Was attempting to make a payment around 4 pm that day (Wednesday) and the location was shut down without any advanced notice.
