While I was at my storage unit today, I accidentally broke off the key in the lock. Luckily for me, the area manager (Troy) happened to be there. He approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I explained what happened and he went to work and drilled the lock out….saving me a significant amount of time. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. He is clearly a valuable asset to Public Storage. Great job, Troy!!
