Hi, my name is Carvis, and I just want to tell my story about Public Storage and the superb service I received. I was looking for somewhere to store my belongings since I broke up with my girlfriend. I figured I only needed a little bit of space, so I booked it after downloading the app. I get there, and realized that I needed a tad bit more than I thought originally. I went into the office and there was a nice young lady by the name of "Tree". I asked her if there was a way that I could get a unit, larger than the one I booked in the app? She said "Yes sir" and went to typing(express fingers)😂 told me she could transfer me to a bigger unit and offered a special. Long story short, I ended up spending about the same for more space than originally! THANK YOU TREE, FOR THE FAST AND SEEMLY EFFORTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRANSITION!!!

Tree, the manager, is amazing! The customer service is second to none. I will say that the facility is a bit hard to maneuver in a moving truck (I had a 15 foot truck), but manageable! I would definitely recommend this place.

The woman on duty, named Tree, was amazingly helpful with a frustrating problem involving the gate code.

I rented a 10x 15' unit and got my first month free, with a $50 (admin fee and lock fee) start up cost. That was a pretty good deal as I only needed the space for a month whole I sold some things. The night after signing up, I drove 30 minutes to the storage facility and unfortunately the code I had been texted didn't work and had to go home. I called the late night customer service and had them put in a work ticket to have that fixed on the app for me. When I woke up I checked the app, you down load up get into the gate remotely, and tested it again, which it was working at this time. I then received several calls from an employee at the office, Tree, who went to the location and made sure my code was working before driving there tonight. She was very polite and helpful. Minor set back with optimal customer service afterwards. Thanks for being proactive and willing to work with me.

My exercise with this facility was great. The store manager, Tree had awesome customer service, she answered all my questions and she was honest . There are no hidden fees.She endured me that if I decided to select this storage place my things would be protected with security and proper measures in place. Great place to find storage

This is a wast of my time I got a ride here so I could place some of my belongings in storage and for you guys to be open from 9:30-6pm why is there no one here I'm in my third trimester what was the point in coming down here to give y'all my storage money if y'all not doing y'all job a car even one of your clients pulled up he said he was trying to return a key for the horrible service he's delt with. that said it all for me.

Solid option for storage in the Nolensville-Green Hills area. I appreciated how quiet the place was, only rarely would I see another renter moving items from their unit. Payments and unit setup was easy and well handled by capable staff, even when I wanted to change my unit choice last minute. Only negative was how enthusiastically I was prodded into writing this google review. And one time the freight elevator didn't work. But that didn't detract much from my overall experience, and I will definitely use this location again if I need to store things in the future.

Lucy at the front is absolutely amazing and made the process of getting into a unit not only easier than expected but seamless! The facility is perfect with a great location and a great deal. Very glad to be using this location and very glad to know Lucy with her exceptional and personable service!! Unfortunately, my unit did have a break in attempt once in late 2019. While there was no way to see the burgler (the only reason for four stars rather than five), the team at the unit was really great in helping me. The burgler had tried to cut open the lock, however it was too strong. The did accomplish making it impossible to get into my unit without the assistance of maintenance altering the entire door mechanism. Maintenance did it quickly, kindly, and well. Again, the team working here is really great.

My experience with Nikki was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I will be a satisfied customer for a long time and recommend this location to everyone and anyone.

After signing all the paperwork Nikki (front counter) would not give me my access code or key unless I gave them a 5 star google review. Once I finally got to my storage unit it was dirty and had numerous spiders. Went straight to another storage company. I guess extortion is the only way that public storage can function.

Nikki was extremely helpful and informative - she's 5-star! But because no one previously told me about the helpful features of the Public Storage app, I'm downgrading my overall rating to 4-stars. With the app you can manage payments including autopay, gate entry and more. This app would have saved me many trips to the office or non-informative interactions with PS customer service.

Unfortunately what little experience we had with this location was absolutely dreadful. We made an online reservation a week ago, showed up with a UHaul and two truck loads of belongings an hour and a half before closing as instructed only to find no one there and no one picking up the phone. After a half hour and 5 phone calls later - to the property manager, district manager and other transfers throughout customer service we finally got ahold of another location who walked us through how to get to our unit. Once there, our unit was locked. The “red tag” that should have been there to open the unit was not. Back on the phone we go and over an hour later about 9 different transfers later we still weren’t able to be helped in the slightest bit. Not a person was on site. So here we sit with these truck loads of belongings and nowhere to store them. We’ll be stuck going from a 3 hour UHaul rental to overnight and are obviously going to take our business elsewhere. Efforts to be contactless are appreciated during these times but this level of disorganization and failure to provide even halfway adequate customer service with no resolution has left us furious and financially stressed.
