Place doesn't have staff. Number doesn't call office. It's 6:40, they opened 40 minutes ago And nobody is here, number on the door and online is useless. Use a place that has employees. Avoid

DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE! No matter what good reviews you read do not do it. My Unit has been broken into, ransacked, and stolen from and the property manager will not get in touch with me no matter how many times I call or leave messages, which makes me assume it was an employee who has done it and they know about it. My unit was broken into, stolen from, the intruder put a tiny flimsy lock on the unit after they had gotten what they wanted (thousands worth of stuff that I had in purchased and was gifted in preparation to move into my new home) and no one contacted me, so clearly they do not have good surveillance, security or integrity. I came to the office to speak to someone and sat outside for 2hrs before someone showed up to work (this was at 2 in the afternoon, well into working hours). This facility is neglectful and your valuables will not be safe or secure. The staff will barely provide you with any help and your calls will not be returned. This public storage Facility Cannot be trusted, do not spend your money here.
Juston is amazing!! He has made himself available to clients and is quick to respond to any issues. He goes above and beyond to settle issues and helps with price increasing and making sure we stay repeat customers. This public storage location was above and beyond, they really had my back. The manager, Amanda Thompson assisted me throughout my rental and was so kind, patient and understanding. I broke my key in my lock while the office was closed, was without transportation and was concerned about keeping my things safe but Amanda contacted me personally (which she didn’t have to do but I reallly appreciate) and not only gave me a spare lock at no extra cost, she also put it on there for me and held the key until I was able to make my way to the unit. She always answered my calls or texts and offered to meet me ant the unit even when she was off. I haven’t had to use a Storage facility in a long time. So when we were looking this one just happen to be exactly what we were looking for. Amanda took the time to explain exactly what we were getting all the cost that was associated with it. Upon entering the unit I noticed that the light fixture was broken. When I let Amanda know she immediately called and had it scheduled to be fixed.
