I've been using this storage facility for 1½ months and have never had a problem. I lost the key to my lock and the manager let me drill the lock out and purchase a new one.
Mr Mitchell customer service was amazing and he was very helpful and very warm welcoming and overall made my rental experience amazing
Public Storage is the worst storage company I've ever used. It is said in the documents you sign that if you move your things out after they take the rent but before the 31 or 30th of said month then they are supposed to prorate it and give you a return but instead they raise the rent to astronomical prices and not give you your money back after you move out before the deadline. They are crooks and theives. I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone ever.

They tried to put my things out for auction when it haven’t even been 30 days past due! And knowing I was in hospital for 2 weeks after loosing a baby. When I move my things out I will never come back to this location! I paid way to much money for everything that’s in there for them to be playing with people things.

This facility is the worst. I paid for a 10 x 25 climate controlled unit for 2 years with the hopes that my antique furniture would be in the best care. Turns out it was not. BEWARE!! There isn’t any insurance that will cover mold!! One star is way to generous!! I have pics of the water and mold issues on the outside of their building and the mold on the inside. I recommend doing a thorough walk through.
