I have been with this storage company since 2020 and the rent has gone from $21 to now $72 for a 4x4 unit. Also they have an annex building which is where my storage unit is and I was informed by an employee that it is infested with rats and sitting on a sinkhole, so I asked what they were doing to move their customers out of the annex? She informed me that they was not letting their customers know just every new person had to get a unit in their main building. They are not doing anything to get rid of the rats and they are not offering their customers any type of deal or waiving any fees to move you literally have to book online as a new customer to get any deal from them. I do not think it is very wise of a business to not inform their customers of a rat infestation. I would have never known if the rats weren't eating all my stuff. They make you pay $50 for a lock for your unit with your belongings in it you can not bring your own or one you were using at the annex, which is still a part of their company, and an administrative fee of $25 even if you have been with them for 5 years and have dealt with the price fluctuation which is insane because you have bigger units for rent on your website that are cheaper than what I am paying you a month for mine. I don't find it very accommodating at all and I feel like a sinkhole and rat infestation is something worth informing your customers about some kind of help in putting them in another unit would be better

Since moving here I have been treated with respect. My rental was clean. The only draw back is the slide mechanism. Really hard to slide in lock position. Just maybe on my next return there will be a replacement. I've always had public storage for my security of personal property. Thanks Public Storage Anthony Hernandez

I came in today and my helper's name was Tanya she was very warming she was very thoughtful and helpful and very considerate to help me through the process of getting a storage unit I really appreciate her and I do recommend this storage facility to be used if you're looking for storage places this is the place.

The Manager Tonya is very kind, professional, and helpful in various areas of customer service and the business. She is the go to person where I’m most comfortable and confident in matters effectively being handled and does an amazing job in her effort of being a hard working professional. Because of her I’ve kept my unit even during hard times where I was greatly considering vacating it.

I love knowing that the property manager and staff takes their jobs seriously especially given the location and the neighborhood around it. Thanks Tanya! Keep up the good work!

Tonya was so helpful when I let my lock rust from sitting. I had snapped a key off trying to force it. She was very personable and understanding, and when she noticed that my rate had more than doubled over the last few years, she got me a lower rate! Better service than I could have hoped for. I moved my things into a public storage unit on Ashley Phosphate 1/28. I returned to put things in on 1/31 and all of my items were in place. Today on 2/11 I came and 40 boxes of shoes and a tv along with other items were missing. Someone drilled a hole into the lock and placed a different lock on my unit. I am being told there is nothing they can do bc the insurance wasn’t in place but I was robbed of my things and the gate was broken for a week so anybody was able to access the property. There was a different public storage lock on my unit how I don’t know but this situation has definitely been very traumatizing.

Tonya is always so Professional every time I come in and need assistance with public storage. I have four units at this facility and Tonya is so helpful there’s no way that I could navigate doing what I need to do without her awesome employee five stars

Tammy Lee is great. She helped me pay my bill and my unit is in another state. she had to call and look for quite a while bc my location wasnt listed in her book. She's only been there 4 months. I thought she worked there a long time! And she helped me back out of a VERYERY tough parking lot!!!!
