Siani and Brenda have been really amazing. They’ve gone out of their way to help me out from the moment I walked through the doors. I’ve not even moved in yet and they have done everything in their power to help me navigate this stressful time for me.
As far as I’ve seen, the storage inside is clean and temperature comfortable.
Update: I’ve now moved in and Audrey was exceptional in her treatment of not only myself, but every customer here. She even cleaned a cart for me… ☺️

I had a slight issue with transferring into a new unit. It was involved and confusing. However, Pearl contacted everyone she could think of to help resolve my issue. In the end, she was able to figure out a solution that I am very satisfied with and she will monitor my account to make sure everything goes the way it should. I recently rented a unit here. The office staff was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Additionally, the unit I got has very convenient entrance. Because of that, I don't usually need to use a dolly. However, they are usually hard to come by as they need to get more for the facility size. For my use case though, it's five stars as I bring my own dolly or not need to use one usually. Your mileage may vary. One thing I do wish was better is the access hours. If they were longer it would be more convenient, but I can work around that.
I'll update the review if anything major changes my opinion.
