I’ve been renting here since well before Public Storage bought the property. All was well for the first few months of new ownership. Nothing changed besides the signs out front until I was hit with nearly a $40 increase in rent. What made this even worse is going to their website they’re advertising the same sized unit I rent for nearly half what I pay. I made the decision to no longer rent here due to this.

I spoke to Jim who is the district manager and he was able to help me out on the increase. It was nice to see companies who actually take the reviews seriously. Overall, I am happy with how he handled things.
Everything seemed good with the new owner until I got a letter in the mail today stating my rate is going up $37 more a month. I will be looking for a new storage facility. Sad as I’ve been using this site for 6 years with no issues.
Really enjoyed renting here under the old ownership. When public storage came in nothing really changed until THIS month. My bill was increased from $170/month to $240/month. I found a new storage facility the same day and moved out. Greed is becoming a growing problem in this country, and Public Storage has contributed to the growing problem. I would not recommend renting here unless it’s for short term use only. However, the units were very well maintained and the property layout is very easy to navigate. But not worth the price hike mentioned above.

My storage lady Jessica was fabulous very thorough and very knowledgeable and polite walked me through the process which took pressure off me she was easy to talk to and I just can’t say enough about her and how pleasant she made it for me .. thank you
new owners..$40 price hike and we went from having 24/7 access to having to pay $20/month extra for that privilege. very disappointed with the new ownership
