He answered all my questions and efficiently and flawlessly walked me through the set up process. Steve was so helpful and kind, and I’m very happy with the storage units at this location. It’s exceptionally clean, ventilated and smells great, temperature controlled, secure, double lock features available, insurance was a breeze and inexpensive, the elevator and halls and loading area are spacious and covered so rain won’t interfere with our move. Easy payments online or auto pay, and an app that does it all. But the best part was how Steve explained everything to us, showed us around and helped sort out our reservation. He was just the nicest and most knowledgeable person. Now I feel like I know what I’m doing and won’t get confused. Moving is crazy but worry free storage makes it so much easier. Thanks Steve!
