Long story short: my trailer was broken into, approximately $1200 of things was stolen. The workers at the front desk watched the video and was describing my items to me as they watched the thief get in his truck and drive off. They told me they had plenty of high resolution footage. After I filed a police report, OKC police department dropped the case because the district manager from public storage refused to give the detective any video footage. After talking to more employees, it turns out the get broken into about once every other month. UPDATE: I received contact from the corporation and they resolved my problem. It turns out I was led to believe there was footage of the incident available that was not.

I started off online trying to setup a unit here, but the website was very frustrating and blocked me several times with making the payment, but I went in to get help from the folks behind the counter, Joe and Barbara, and they were very personable and professional. They were able to get everything figured out and were able to get my unit/ account ironed out and keys in my hand in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend seeing up your reservation online to get s better price, but going in store to pay as you can skip the hassle of the website failures. Thank you Joe and Barbara!

You want a great storage facility that is clean, organized, well maintained, and very secure? Then Public Storage on Rt 66 in Yukon is your place! Anthony and the rest of the team are truly great people. They treated me with respect and showed me exactly where my new storage unit is located. You normally get the standard "you'll be in unit 101. It's down that way, past the 3rd building, 5th maybe 6th unit from the corner...I think". Not here! Anthony met me at the counter, took care of all my needs, and waved goodbye as I left. I am super impressed with my visit today.
