For so large they are still very personable, every time I visit they text me and ask how was my visit and I have answered truthfully and they have responded to me about my Feedback. I do wish they had restrooms lol I really really do but they are still a really great storage unit

Excellent Customer Service! I added boxes to my storage unit this morning in preparation for leaving town in 2 days. Barbara noticed that I didn't lock it properly, and called to inform me. I walked over to the facility (since I recently sold my car) and she drove me to the unit and assisted me in getting it right. At the public storage Yukon hyw 66st, Mr.Joe helped me a lot to find a perfect storage for my stuff. He was so nice and helpful and professional.
Long story short: my trailer was broken into, approximately $1200 of things was stolen. The workers at the front desk watched the video and was describing my items to me as they watched the thief get in his truck and drive off. They told me they had plenty of high resolution footage. After I filed a police report, OKC police department dropped the case because the district manager from public storage refused to give the detective any video footage. After talking to more employees, it turns out the get broken into about once every other month.
UPDATE: I received contact from the corporation and they resolved my problem. It turns out I was led to believe there was footage of the incident available that was not.

I started off online trying to setup a unit here, but the website was very frustrating and blocked me several times with making the payment, but I went in to get help from the folks behind the counter, Joe and Barbara, and they were very personable and professional. They were able to get everything figured out and were able to get my unit/ account ironed out and keys in my hand in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend seeing up your reservation online to get s better price, but going in store to pay as you can skip the hassle of the website failures. Thank you Joe and Barbara!

This is the first month but so far it's been perfect everything I could hope for plus the special where you only are charged a dollar the first month so it cost me less than $60 for the lock and the insurance and move in rates
