I recently moved to Oklahoma and rented a storage unit at this particular location close to where I reside. There were some billing issues with the previous manager, but once Trent, of Simply Self Storage, the property manager, he resolved the billing issue promptly and professionally. When Self Storage took over Simply Self Storage, I Thought that Trent would no longer work at this location. To my surprise, he continued to stay on. He is personable, and when I go to my storage unit, he is faithfully ensuring that the property is clean, that the units are well kept And if there are any concerns with the storage unit, he promptly executes the problem. It is a pleasure to work with someone that has integrity and work ethics.

Came to SSS to look at some options. I told Trent at the office that I am simply there to browse their pricing and not immediately looking for a unit as I am weighing my options.
The office was clean and well kept. The customer service was excellent. Treated me as a valued customer without being one, yet.
This is amazing place I have ever been with other storage...this place is clean neat....no messy and Trent this guy who work here storage he is amazing...great communicate...great agreement...our kids already love this place especially driving cart 😀 ...but for my recommendations to anyone need stay storage for few month or long term this is the best place to be storage!!
