Can I give zero stars???? I PROMISE YOU, IF YOU STORE YOUR STUFF HERE YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!!!!! RUN AWAY FROM HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!! THERE HAVE BEEN OVER 100 ROBBERIES HERE SINCE JANUARY 2020. This facility is in the ghetto. It is horrible!!
I am editing my post from 6 months ago. I HAVE BEEN ROBBED TWICE AND NO EMPLOYEE EVER CALLED ME. MY UNIT WAS WIDE OPEN FOR DAYS AND NO ONE TOLD ME I WAS ROBBED. THE EMPLOYEES WERE SO AFRAID TO CALL ME AND TELL ME I WAS ROBBED AGAIN!! AGAIN!!! AGAIN!!! Walk around the property and look at all the locks that are busted up, doors that are cut up, all the vandalism from attempted and successful robberies. They don't even repair the damage when a unit has been robbed. They don't care. Their ONLY job is to secure people's stuff and they can't even do that!!!!!!!!!!!! They REFUSE to secure anyone's property.
THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP THE SECURITY SITUATION.

I literally witnessed people walking in and using a saw to cut off locks. The office and employees knew nothing about it. So that means, anyone can walk in and cut off any lock, and open the unit, and take everything in the middle of the day when employees are in the office.
It has gone down hill since Switzer Storage sold to Public Storage. Someone tried to break into my unit and no one from Public Storage ever told me about it. And that was the first time. I have had 1 attempted break in and 2 successful break ins. There's trash everywhere on the property. On the units that are inside buildings, the lights in the hallway are burned out and the ones that aren't completely burned out flicker like a strobe light so you are about to go into a seizure just trying to get in and out of your unit.
Really wish there were more security cameras. Really wish employees were more attentive and observant of the property..
In climate control, there will be mice droppings and roaches in everything. Climate control smells like there is a dead body in the building.
I would stay away from here!

Jessica was amazing to talk to and above par on customer service. This is the best storage unit I've ever had. It's disappointing that they increase rent after your stuff is moved in, but that is on the company not those employed here. Storage is clean and I frequently visit summer and winter and the climate storage is controlled very well. No signs of significant bugs or mice and I'm right by the door to the outside.

They even gave me a discount when they realized they had the storage sizes mixed up on their website. Jessica was also a delight to work with when Becky wasn’t around.
