SUCH a great experience! First time renter, Amanda and Mandy made this process so easy and painless! I was in and out with all my questions answered.

I want to thank Mandi & Amanda for a stress free experience. They both were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and if they didn't have the answer they said I'll try to find out for you. Thank you ladies you were a big help and it was much appreciated.

Mandy and Amanda were extremely helpful in identifying the storage size and type that I needed for my business. They walked me through the steps and best practices as a first time renter. Would recommend Anyone to come here to store your goods!

We have been renting a 10x20 space here for just over a year. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with personally has been fairly professional and works with you if you have personal issues or struggle to pay (well they don’t work with you but if you stay in contact they will try to not sell your unit). That being said, after a year here we have had 2 rate increases for our unit both of which with no notice. It’s absolutely ridiculous, my unit isn’t any bigger, I receive no other services, and there are other storage companies that haven’t raised their rates in over a year! We will be moving our stuff from here and renting elsewhere after the first of the year. 1 increase with the state of the economy being what it is would be understood, but 2 in a year when we are already paying a premium rate for less than premium facilities is the worst. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone wanting to store belongings for more than 1 or maybe 2 months. Do so at your own peril!

I deal with a lot of storage lockers for my business. It’s easier to store stuff rather than drag it back and forth. As a whole Publix is ok. Some of their facilities are so tightly built there is no room to get a large trailer in and out. This one has plenty of room. While I didn’t end up renting here because the contract I was working on was put on hold, the moment it’s back on track this will be the first place I go. The girl behind the counter (I believe her name was Amanda, I hope I remember that right) was super friendly, answered all my questions (normally I get a lot of “I don’t know, I haven’t worked here that long”) and put up with my questions with a simple on her face. Storage lockers are a dime a dozen, and highway robbery in my honest opinion. But a necessary evil in my line of work. A good employee in the front is the difference between where I take my business. This will be a two year contract when it gets going and because of her I’ll be renting from them. Thank you Amanda (man I hope I got that right) for being so happy :) it rubs off on people. We need that these days.

I need to take a second to show my genuine appreciation for Amanda and her professional support working with me! She was direct and helpful in answering all questions in order for us to make a better decision on what route we needed to go for storage. Will definitely be recommending this location for family and friends in the area! Way to go Public Storage for having such a great employee taking care of the property! Thumbs up!

Amanda from the Coweta location from day one of putting my mom's things in storage after she passed away down to the last day was absolutely amazing. Her customer service (on the phone and in person)and smile were top notch! That is hard to find in the world today. Not sure I’d use any other storage place, iv had a few bad experiences over the last couple years but Amanda has always gotten them lined out and took care of, hope they keep her around awhile she’s always got a smile on her face and ready to help and also very thorough and professional when it comes to getting work done Thanks Amanda !! As far as the property manager or owner whoever he is I don’t care to much to deal with his attitude and laziness again thank god Amanda is there to keep customers happy cause I sure ain’t been happy with him

The facility is clean, and the staff is helpful and courteous. They're reasonably priced. I like the Coweta location.

I have rented here for many years, since before it was painted orange. It is a safe pace to keep your stuff... BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND ABRASIVE.

The worst storage unit as far as being able to get a trailer in and out of there, and there’s huge bumps and dips that will tear up your vehicle and trailers.

Terrible storage facility. They’re so cram packed in there makes it almost impossible to take a trailer in there and be able to get out again. Actual roads on the property are terrible your car/truck/trailer will bottom out.

After trying to get something fixed for months I received a call from Amanda and she helped me with my problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. Amanda went above and beyond anyone I have ever dealt with, definitely the one I will be dealing with going forward! Thank you Amanda!

There are no carts and I had paid a lot of money to have an air conditioned unit and it was in the middle of the building. We went up there to put more stuff in the unit, and the AC was not even working! Plus, there was not even a person to tell them because their front door is always locked.

Bad experience (notable bathroom was disgusting).

Had a good experience thanks to Jarvis for being professional and very helpful. I rented a unit online which turned out to be to small for my needs. He helped me transfer to a larger unit with no problem. Pretty easy process all together. Thanks!

Always helpful employees. They go above and beyond to resolve issues and to keep the customers aided. There have been some issues where I could not get in to fix a tire on a vehicle b/c the gate would not open on a Saturday morning. It was disappointing b/c I had a mechanic with me to fix the tire. Also the door got hung up and was off track at the top. We had to call the Police after 3 hours on an over 100° Summer day. The telephone Staff let me down saying someone would help me. No one showed up. Finally some customers brought a ladder and between them and the Police they kindly fixed the problem. The 5 star rating is b/c of the good Staff that work there but I would monitor the people who are on the phones who say someone will be there and no one shows up.

Jarvis was the employee who helped me get setup. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend using Public Storage and definitely recommend working with Jarvis!

If you're going to be out of town DO NOT STORE ITEMS HERE. I am shocked that I got a call from PS saying my locks are missing off my storage. Be careful because obviously the units are being broken into. Oh, and PS doesn't call the police or check cameras (even after they know a crime of B&E has been committed on their premises). I had to call local police from out of town to file a report and have them go to PS so that camera footage is viewed but PS will not cooperate. Still have to wait to verify everything that is missing with local police, yet they are aware that this is the new way for criminals to operate under an umbrella of PS. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES HERE ... I AM WARNING ⚠️ YOU ALL.

We have rented a storage unit from these people for 10 years. When it was Tiger Mini Storage everything was fine.Since Public Storage has taken over the gates have been locked early despite the hours posted and they randomly charge exorbitant late fees if you’re even a day late. My recommendation would be to stay away from this place or any other Public Storage site. There are too many other mini storage locations to choose from!!!!

I have rented here for nearly six years and have always been very pleased with the facility as well as customer care and service. The current site manager, Jarvis, has consistently continued the tradition of stellar customer service and care for his facility tenants. He has a rare combination of excellent professionalism, customer care skills and personable customer service. He has consistently treated his facility tenants with the upmost respect and consideration. He takes the time to answer all your questions and provide explanations on company policies and procedures. Just a genuinely nice person who provides stellar management of this storage facility.

Jarvis was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and explained everything in precise detail. It was a pleasure doing business with him and he presents himself and Public Storage as a safe and secure facility with constant personal oversight!
