Spring Valley Storage Units On Route 59
This Spring Valley Public Storage is located on the west side of Pascack Road just north of where it crosses I-287 and Route 59. It offers a variety of cheap self storage units to the local community.
The location allows customers to choose from indoor units with hallway access, or outdoor storage units with drive-up access for loading and unloading vehicles with ease. There are individual storage lockers for small loads, as well as enclosed options for short-term or long-term vehicle storage.
A manager lives on site at this property, as well.
A 5x5 unit is a great place to store seasonal items or home decorations year-round, while a 10x10 unit can easily store outdoor gear, including hiking and fishing equipment for those trips up to Lake DeForest season to season.
With easy access from Highway 59, Interstate 287, Route 304, the Garden State Parkway or the Palisades Interstate Parkway, it's a convenient location for commercial or residential customers in the area who need a larger storage unit, like one of the 10x30 units, to store everything during a move or remodel.

Truly confused why this facility has 5 star reviews. My first space here went unlocked for a month while I was told it was secure. Luckily no one stole my things. I downsized and then all of my stuff got soaked?? I guess the units aren't water-proof. So I moved again and rats or mice pooped and peed all over my stuff, ruining several of my items and furniture. The smell was horrendous. Hundreds of rat turds everywhere.
I do not recommend. It is cheaply priced and for a reason.
I am very happy with customer service at this storage location. I want to give a special thanks to Ethan who helped me get set up for my storage unit. His positive attitude made the rental process super easy.

They are highly understaffed. However, I am impressed by the hard work from the Frontline employees that are spread thin and holding down the fort. They do a great job being overwhelmed and under pressure. The property manager is difficult to get ahold of. Tends to be rude but that is my interpretation of Ashley.
It isn’t 24 hour access. And what I found very concerning was the lockers are lined with hay. Which means there’s either a water problem or mice problem. I didn’t appreciate being told I didn’t know how to open the locker, when three other people walked over to help me, and had the same issue. It isn’t in a safe area at all. Avoid.
