Today I had a horrible experience at Public Storage at Queens Village location. I've been with them for last 4 years and never had an issue with any of the staff until today one the staffs threatened to call police on me if I don't leave by 5:00pm. She's a new face to me never saw her for the time I've been there. Before today, every time she meets me, she always look mean, angry. Sometimes she comes by unit and start yelling "hello, hello we're going to close, you got to leave now." Every time she does that, I reminded her I've been there long enough to know the operating hours. I don't go there everyday.
When i got a chance to visit my unit on certain Sundays and i make sure, i park outside not only to let other people with big vehicles to have a chance to fulfill their duty, also when it's time for me to leave it's easier for me. My unit is a 10 x 30. It's a pricey location but i stayed anyway. Until today I feel like it's not worth it to stay. Be aware of that female staff, it seems to me she hates that job or she's picking on me. I'm very surprised about compliments going towards, they might be fake. Because she's not a professional and a nice person at all. Be aware guys when considering a Storage location where you might going through such a disgusting situation similar to mine.

Carl is truly remarkable at his job. Throughout my long-term storage experience, he has been incredibly supportive, always ready to answer any questions, and provide detailed information about any updates or new options available. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude have made me confident that I made the right choice in trusting this facility with my belongings.
The storage unit itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained. After many years, I still find the facility spotless, and I have peace of mind knowing my items are stored in a secure and sanitary environment. The facility is easily accessible, and I appreciate the extra security measures, such as surveillance cameras and secure entry points, that are consistently in place.
Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility.

I recently moved into a storage unit with assistance from Teya. This was my first time renting a storage unit and it was a very seamless process. Teya was very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and patient. A week after moving in, I came to the realization that the unit I initially rented was too small and upgraded. We did some work for a customer at this place. As a moving company they have to much locks on the doors elevator and gate we go in and out but it slows down the work bc we have to put in key code every time

I made a reservation 7/6 and when I got there today 7/14 apparently someone sold it and there wasn’t anymore of that size available but before losing hope Jonathan offer me a size bigger for the same price throughout the whole rental process he was excellent

Overpriced and over secure. Just like cable companies the longer you stay with them, the more they charge you. You need to enter a code in like 4 different places just to get to your locker. They use to allow disposal of unwanted items but no longer do that and will charge you for leaving anything.
