I’m so happy with my new self storage unit that I bought today in island park. The guy who helped me with everything was the best person in the world to me today turned a bad day into a happy day for me. I believe his name was abu. If I remember correctly
I stopped by my unit yesterday to ask about an email I received regarding a combination lock. I met with ABY who I must say was the a joy to speak with. He was such a gentleman, great conversationalist and answered my question. He made my day. He is an asset to Public Storage!

Property manager Trini gives me excellent service every time I come in. I have multiple spaces and I am very happy with the place.
I have been storing my 30' RV at this location for under a year. I have been paying $324 / month. I have been fortunate that my neighbors spot is vacant because it would be very difficult to back in a 30' RV between two other vehicals with very limited room to manuver, but I have accepted that. I just received notice of a rate increase from $324to$426. It's unreasonable. So I have to move.
Shop around theres other options.

We recently took our second unit in this facility. In each case Trini, the site manager, processed us. We are not very tech savvy, but Trini patiently walked us through - literally - the process. He was highly professional and competent, as well as patient and consistently concerned that we were comfortable and all our needs were met. This young man is truly an asset and makes doing business with Public Storage a pleasure.
