She answered my questions and helped confirm everything was squared away. If we need extra storage, we would happily use this location again.

Just moved to this facility and so far I am very satisfied with my experience and the staff at this location. One of the things I like about public storage is you can rent and set everything up online and move into the unit without first having to meet up or deal with anyone in person. I rented this unit over the weekend for move in on Monday. I showed up when the office opened at 9 on Monday morning and was greeted by the very kind and professional Laquanda. She had answers to all of my questions and processed a refund for the lock they had provided because I brought my own lock with me. I received a phone call from Beth today who called to ensure that all my needs have been met and that I am satisfied with the unit. She took the extra time to go over all the pertinent information regarding the facility and how to contact customer service or seek out assistance if there is no one in the office. Beth too was very kind and professional and had answers to all of my questions. If this is the type of customer service being provided on a regular basis, I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Nu location so I'ma wait to increase stars. Front Desk VERY helpful however lots, unit description borders on "bait & switch" eg:online says CC inside 20×10, sounds like a great place for off site file storage but was shown a 10×10! Didn't rent therefore did not take a pic. Current rate algorithms have improved to be within CUSTOMERS budget....the cyclical rate HIKE ($50+@ 4-6months) across all storages is prompting more (DONATIONS TO) Non profit (S) &/or LAND FILLS....STORERS UNITE!

Update: Chris in the front office is incredible! He was extremely in explaining the process for move out as we are in the process of moving our stuff into our home. He is friendly, easy to talk, and would be the reason for us to stay if we weren't moving. I fully and 100% recommend this place! Karl Hite is the best! He is extremely helpful and kind! We have never had a storage unit before, but Karl made the process so easy and helped us in so many ways. I highly recommend this company and specifically working with Karl

This used to be Extra Space storage, and although the costs have risen, we’ve never encountered a problem with them. It recently changed to public storage and we’ve had nothing but problems. I can never get in touch with anyone at my unit. They’ve been without internet for over a week now. They changed the due dates and then charged me double for the prorated days for changing the due dates which tacked on an additional $80 to my monthly bill for 4 days! I’ve tried to go to the location to talk to someone in the office but no one is ever there. They’ve company changeover has been very frustrating, and a complete hassle.

I needed a quick storage unit and I got it same day within 30 minutes.it was a last second ordeal for me and they came through…not expensive at all. Probably cheapest one out there and the first month is free. Great service when you walk in and great service on your way out!!!

Really great and reliable. Guy who initially helped me was super friendly and accommodating. In fact, every rep I’ve spoken to has been super nice and helpful. Docking a star because I started at $70 a month for a 10x10 unit and in the two years I was with them it reached $150/mo. If they keep raising prices like they do I would advise against any long term commitment but other than that, great service all around

Solid location, quality units, and decent customer service. Never had any issues. Price of my unit went up during my time there, which wasnt ideal but still affordable
