On yesterday I called and purchased a storage for the Contee Rd location and I was given the wrong size storage. I went to the location and Martha was there to help me. Martha was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and her customer service skills was on point. This was the fastest most smoothly executed move in to a storage facility I have ever had. No prolong delay because of other people walking in or the phone ringing. The lady that helped me was very polite and fast.

Martha was one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever experienced. She was really helpful and understanding in making sure we needed to get everything we needed. Martha deserves a raise as she continues to help people like us everday. 10/10 would come again.

I inquired about a unit at the Contee road Public storage location. Martha called before I could finish inputing my information. I appreciated her call as I have to move by the end if the week. I was able to go in and view the unit before renting. Martha is friendly and takes pride in her job and facility. The property is secure and clean. I feel a little better about my move knowing that my things will be safe.

Had to move out of one unit and into another. Martha was absolutely amazing when making the switch. Although there were other customers, I never once felt like she forgot about me. Update as of 1/19/2022 Martha was excellent in helping my son and I book a unit to help us move out as soon as possible. She was very detailed and helped us get the best price for the size we wanted.
