This storage area was wonderful! I didn't have to go to the office. I did everything online after office hours and was able to get my code and come through the gate. There was plenty of space in the lane between building to drive my truck, didn't feel cramped. Wasn't crowded at all. The unit was very clean and had my lock waiting for me inside the unit. I pull up to get in my storage after driving from California to find a sign covering the key pad saying I would have to download a app in order to get in and that gate hours are now only when the office is open it was only 630 p.m so I had to wait to access my unit my contact states I am supposed to have access until 9 p.m . On top of that the next day when I came back the gate was wide open no way to know who's coming could be anybody like the 10 people loitering just outside of the storage living in abandoned cars that are free to just walk in to the storage as they please I paid for a certain amount of time to access my unit yet they never sent me any notice about these changes.
Update storage facility called me and did there best to remedy the situation and that is the reason I'm updating my review

I've been using this location to keep my belongings for roughly 6 months or so. I can say it's clean and quiet. The staff have been very helpful when needed. Any updates with policies or changes have been done with advance notice and not last minute. I'm happy I chose this location. It's back in its own corner away from busy roadways making it eady to enter or exit.
I have noticed they've added new security cameras to the existing set up leaving no blind spots in the facility. Thank you!
