I was here last Sunday to exchange my unit for a smaller one, Ana was very attentive and patient in showing me the options and differences in prices. Thank you very much Ana for your attention and excellent service.

Worked with Anna for two days dealing with a complicated move and she was the best part of both days. She easy to speak with, she was so incredibly helpful and had a sense of humor about it all too! Our storage space would not fit everything in so I had to ask for an additional one and she offered one that was on the same floor and right by the elevator. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Anna totally made both of my exhausting, confusing days so much easier to handle. Thank you Anna! You are a superstar!

A Stellar Experience at Public Storage in Peabody (151 Andover Street Peabody, MA) I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage in Peabody and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. While I initially rented the space online, I was delighted to finally meet Ana in person today. From the moment I walked in, Ana's professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood all the details of my rental agreement. Ana was also incredibly understanding and patient, listening attentively to my concerns and tailoring her recommendations to my specific needs. Thanks to Ana's exceptional customer service, my day started on a positive note. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made me feel confident in my choice to rent from Public Storage. Bruce was super nice and even called me up one time when my unit wasn’t closed all the way, which helped prevent any chance of my items getting stolen. He also opened the gate for me once when my phone was having problems connecting to the wifi of the gate, and was overall a very helpful person that made the whole experience moving in and out, and all the visits in between, straight and to the point.

After a bait and switch from a competitor down the road, I made an online reservation here at a great price. Showed up, unit was ready, easy to move in, great customer service, clean and new facility. Highly recommend.

From the moment you step in your are greeted by manager Bruce with his impeccable customer service always ready to assist any customers needs and ensuring that all belongings are safe.

We spoke to Steve and he explained exactly how things work, hours of operations and helped with getting us ready for our move. Definitely recommend this place

If I could give negative stars I would. My story with this company is one of horrors. I moved into A ten by ten unit To store some beloved belongs from my mother who had just passed over the next few months. They continue to Jack my rent up from the agreed amount to the point I could no longer afford it. I called to try and work with them to see if I could just move to a smaller unit that I could actually afford and try to catch up which they denied that. So ultimately I ended up not paying my cell phone bill which is how I got in and out of the unit. And used the money to pay them instead And decided to move my things out. When I went to go get my things. I was let in by the employee under a . Pin number on the gate pad rather than the phone access that I was used to. The employee knew I had no way to get out when I was done moving my things but they left without making sure I was able to get out about 10 PM. Another employee came to do a facilities check at which time. I asked them to let me out and they also refused. It was 90°, probably a 100% humidity that day and I was suffering from dehydration. No food, no water or bathroom for over.8hours at this point. My body was starting to seize up when they Left me in there the second time. I had to make a decision, a face. Permanent bodily injury. So I pushed the gate open just enough to slip my body out with my Van and left my vehicle inside flag down. A driver on rt one for help. I went back the next day to get my Van. I was then charged. With a felony destruction of property enforced to pay them another $2000 on top of them already. Jacking up the price on me. Once I moved my things in (very snake like business, if you ask me). I Served in the Marine Corps for 10 years for this country. And so I sacrifice so much already. And this corporate company not only treated me like a piece of dirt but has left me what the felony. Conviction Of destruction or property all because they couldn't let me out of the facility And do the right thing I would never do business with this company again. Or recommend anyone else to either. I tried to explain what happens and get ahold of it. Regional manager with all even getting a call back or a response. This felony conviction pretty much has ruined my life and my career all over them. Just not letting me out of a facility and leaving me in a dangerous situation and having enough time and money to crush me like the like the rest of us cooperate, America wins again, take my story for what it is but I don't recommend doing business with this company ever. After the fact I learned a little on their security gate and all it takes is a simple disengagement of the lift motor and it can be lifted by hand so to anyone who knows this your things aren't really as secure as they would like you you to believe. Litterally no pin needed anyone can climbe the fence and get into the facility anytime I wish I hadn't been in such bad shape from being so dehydrated because I probably would have been able to get myself over and leave the van there. The employees and management is extremely poor in the way they will treat you even being late 1 day on a payment they literally would rather take your belongings than try to help you and obviously see nothing wrong with what they did to me since neither of those employ ees were even reprimanded. I should have been given my own pin once I paid up and they refused to do that as well knowing I had no phone and they had let me in only to purposely leave me there with no options. I'm currently looking for an attorney to counter sue for pain and suffering, lost wages, career and anything else eligible for what they did to me.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would , Bruce is such a nice guy and he was very helpful when I first got there and when I needed to change units I would definitely recommend coming here this is the best experience I’ve had at public storage. He definitely made up for the past experience I had with a different public storage and with his amazing service I have trust in public storage again. He did an exceptional job and he is so friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this public storage when I need to rent one again.

Fantastic experience dealing with Bruce & Michael. I never rented a storage unit prior and was not quite sure what to expect. Both employees were patient, kind, and helped me navigate all of my questions. I ended up having to upgrade to a larger unit and both employees made it super easy. The facility is beyond clean and extremely accessible. They even offer great carts to use on property. Do not hesitate to deal with this location. Moving can be stressful, but Bruce and his team made me feel comfortable and overall less overwhelmed during the process.

First, I want to start by saying that I have never in my life left a review! Not for any sort(s) of businesses, at any time of my life, on any platform. I have however declared that I was going to write a review (for someone's good service, or for a particular locations amenities etc. etc.)... but you know how life goes, right!? We are all so busy with our lives & before you know it - time, passes & we forget or move on with life, ultimately leaving no review... But not this time, I remembered (yay me, lol) and felt motivated more than ever, to do so. With that being said, I have rented storage units on several occasions throughout my life including most recently, the past two years in which I've had to move twice. Without getting into the details, my most recent experience with a particular storage unit company (in NH) was beyond horrible/horrific ! And I am a very easy going gal... So I was not particularly looking forward to having to rent another short term unit. My worries were blown away as soon as I walked into the Public Storage location at 151 Andover Street in Peabody. I was greeted by Bruce who was all the things a customer service agent should be: attentive, polite, helpful, and courteous. He listened well and never interrupted (me) once, he even went above and beyond to not only answer all of my questions but also ease my concerns by taking the extra step to correct certain provisions that were (through no fault of his own) not lined up properly. He made us feel comfortable and was even accommodating to my 2 year old who helped himself into the lunchroom and started playing with any/everything he could get his little hands on, including Bruce's lunch sandwich/food, which he graciously offered to my son. Although we declined, How thoughtful, right?! Anyways, Bruce explained every bit of the contract and all of the fine print so that I could drive away feeling confident about my choice to store with Public Storage. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we headed towards the door Bruce managed to leave no questions unanswered, even with the phones ringing & customers walking in mid transaction. He gave the next customer waiting the same warm welcome, time and attention as he did me assuring them he would be right along to help them with any questions they had soon. edit: Since our initial encounter I have had two separate dealings with Bruce, once about a mistake I* made (about gate/closing times) & once more about another 'uh-oh' I caused... on both occasions Bruce was gentle & respectful and relayed the information I needed to remedy the situation in such a professional, respectful, non- domineering manner. He was not judge-y and did not make me feel like a burden or hassle at all- which to me, is HUGH deal! Most often than not I have found some of the 'storage guy's' (whom work the desks) to be brass or harsh & even sometimes downright pompous - not Bruce ! I can confidently say that I am not one of those 'problem customers/consumers' (not all of the time anyways, lol) but it just so happens that with this most recent move into storage I haven't necessarily 'had it all together' or 'had all of my duck's in a row' but Bruce was there to help! and more than once. During the stressful times of moving & transitioning it has meant so much to me to have someone be kind and patient and make me feel normal (and not crazy) and stress-free like Bruce has. It is TRULY a breath of fresh air to have someone treat me as an equal human being and not just another Joe-schmo walking through the door. Bruce took the time to really make sure my move was as seamless as possible and for that I am thankful.

We just open an account at the Peabody storage on Andover st. Andre was so welcoming and did his job so great and was amazing. He helps us really see which unit fitted our needs. I even got my mother in law to come in at some point to open a unit as well.

After completing my rental on line I drove to the public storage in Peabody MA with a truck load of boxes. Before heading there I spoke with Mr. Andrew of the public storage in Peabody MA over the phone and was told that the entrance gate had been out of service and they had to close up the storage at 6pm instead of the usual 9pm. However I misunderstood that and headed to the storage at quarter to 6pm. Once I got there Mr. Andrew explained to me why they had to close the storage at 6pm; but when he saw a truck load of boxes behind me he said “let me think about it to see what I can do”. He decided to stay until we finishing up our move. He showed us the unit, explained to us the cautions with the lock and directions to the office, helped us with maneuvering the loading cart. After about one and an half hours we finished our move and Mr. Andrew led us out of the building. I’m so grateful and appreciative to Mr. Andrew and glad that I’ve chosen Public Storage in Peabody MA to store my personal belongings!

First time renting a unit. My access code wasn't working so I went to the desk to try and figure it out. Both of the staff members there were extremely helpful and did everything they could to remedy the situation. They were also super friendly and committed to their jobs. Had to leave a review so they can get the recognition they deserve!! This location is a 10/10 just from the staff alone!

This was my first time renting a storage unit in over 15 years, so I made sure to check out several different locations and businesses. I chose this location despite a longer drive because the facility is new, clean, and had exactly what I needed. In addition to that, Andre took the time to explain all the details, give me a tour of the facility, and gave me a few options to choose from. In 2023, where so many people are not doing their job, or even showing up, the standards for many services has been lowered. However, it was refreshing to get great service, from someone who is friendly and had great attention to detail. I'm relieved that I can now focus on my big move. Thank you!
