Only stored here for a short time while moving but the office staff was friendly to deal with.
Moved out recently because I no longer needed it. It was nice to have when I needed it. Good people.
Since Public Storage took over, it’s been a huge improvement. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and actually communicates. which makes a big difference. The app is super easy to use and really convenient. I’ve had a unit here for years and was honestly about to leave because of the old customer service, so I’m glad I stayed. So far, so good.
