This review is for Jenni and the building, not the man that works when she isn't there. I see Jenni cleaning regularily. If she is not in the office you will probably find her with her cart, walking around sweeping up debris, checking locks, wiping down walls and the elevators, sweeping the parkinglot, etc. I really hope the company knows how much she goes above and beyond going above and beyond. Not to mention, she has impecable people skills. She has even been helpful with giving me suggestions on things in the community, as I learn my way around.
The man however, his mood has been inconsistent and from what I've noticed he doesn't clean or stock the bathroom with tp or pt and it sometimes runs out of supplies.
Joe was very helpful with getting into my rental. Very nice facility

Clean, brightly lit, easy to use with key code or app, carts available for loading, and temperature control so I don’t have to worry about my things being affected by extreme heat and humidity. The only thing I didn’t experience was the elevator because my unit is on the first floor. But based on my experience so far, I’m sure it is great too. The gentleman working the front desk was also very friendly and helpful!

Jennie & Joe are two of the most AMAZING people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Joe was able to handle a paperwork snafu with patience & persistence & made SURE that I had the exact unit I transferred to & worked diligently to help make sure my access code was working & that everything was smooth before leaving his shift the day I was in. From helping me find the right-sized unit to answering all my questions, they made the whole process quick and stress-free. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which really shows how much pride they take in their work. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days—highly recommend!
