twice this week, I have been locked in where the gate will not open for me to go out. My phone won’t work. My code doesn’t work to go. I mean there’s no code really to go out the gate so I don’t know what’s going on. I have called the desk. They’ve tried to help me. They have said they contacted the property manager. I’ve got nothing so now I’m having to go to the Internet Wright reviews and make Facebook post because the first time my anxiety was really high because I didn’t really know how I was getting out of there and then I figured it out. But to have to get out of my car, go to a gate go clock my number and go back and run to my car and drive back out is a lot. #frustrated customer
Allison was very polite with getting me set up with my storage. She was very thorough with everything. The storage was clean along with the lot.
