Rent went up $59 which was one of the determining factors of my move out.
The place needs work to justify these price increases. The road has potholes by the gate, there’s a huge dip halfway through the unit and no room for large trailers to make it around it so you don’t bust your bottom. There doesn’t seem to be any security cameras other than at the front so I’m not sure if there would be ways to see someone robbed your unit.
Several months ago, a worker or manager said you were unable to work inside your unit for long periods of time. A family member of mine was organizing some boxes and the worker came by and locked the unit with the family member inside. Didn’t even ask if someone was in there so that was very unprofessional. They were lucky I didn’t call the police on them.
The lady who works there also has children that come and go and a dog that has been there many times. Wondering if they live there. I just think there are newer, better lit spaces that charge less than what this place charges. It’s run down and needs pavement work desperately.
To whomever does business there, check other places first. There are many other spaces that aren’t as run down or shady.
