I don’t normally take the time to write a long review, but the customer service I received from Kristie at the Public Storage location on Spruce Street in Leavenworth absolutely deserves to be recognized.
From the moment I spoke with Kristie, she was welcoming, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She didn’t make me feel like I was just another customer walking through the door or another rental to complete. She actually took the time to listen, understand what I needed, answer my questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with everything before I left.
What impressed me most was that her customer service never felt forced or scripted. Kristie has the kind of personality where you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she is helping. She was attentive without rushing me, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a storage facility. That level of service makes an enormous difference, especially when you’re trusting a company with your personal belongings.
The facility itself made a great impression, but Kristie is what made this location stand out to me. You can have a clean building, good prices, and convenient hours, but exceptional employees are what make customers want to return and recommend a business to others. Kristie is absolutely one of those employees.
I sincerely hope Public Storage management and corporate leadership recognize the value of having someone like her representing their company. Employees who demonstrate this level of professionalism, patience, kindness, and commitment to their customers deserve to be acknowledged. Kristie is an excellent example of what outstanding customer service should look like.
If anyone is considering renting a storage unit in the Leavenworth area, I would absolutely recommend this location, and I would specifically recommend asking for Kristie. She turned what could have been an ordinary transaction into an exceptionally positive experience.

Khristi is the best! We had a storage unit for 4+ years at this location. We had 3 different units at various times and Khristi helped us with everything. She is great to work with and knows her stuff. The facility is clean and well kept. They have many different sizes and many units. The pricing is reasonable and I loved that they are indoors and we can access them easily. We just bought a house so we just moved out of the storage facility but if we ever need a storage unit, we will be back!
