I had entrusted my precious relics to their care for years. I never had to give my stuff a second thought. UNTIL financial disaster in the form of unemployment reared it's ugly head. I've spent my life not being a crybaby - but this time I shared my concerns with Brandon the Property Manager at 3150 S.44th st.
He treated me like family and rolled the prices on both my units back about 20% temporarily.
CAN'T GET THAT ANWHERE ELSE, I know for an absolute fact.
I.M.O. you're a fool to rent space anywhere else in the Metro.
FIVE STARS but only because I can't give SIX STARS.

Lady was very friendly and helpful. When I first got a unit to rent. Then I noticed my clothes and furniture was showing mold growing on it. Then when moved out they threatened to charge me$100.00 for throwing my trash in their dumpster. When I argued to see what place wants you to clean up after yourselves but wont let you use your trash can. The district manager joined the conversation with "we could of charged you 10,000 $ if I would of just read their sign.

Just recently went through a divorce. That statement alone should explain the hell of my situation. I reached out to many storage places, and Kelli at public storage not only was professional, but went the extra mile when she didn't have to. The manager Kelli got me into a unit quickly, and very reasonably priced. Upon arrival I was impressed at how this place was tucked away, and very secure. I had an issue with getting into the gate, and it was fixed before I could even attempt a a 2nd try at the gate. It is one thing to feel like your stuff is protected and especially during a hard time. It is a whole other to feel like the manager actually cares about you and your stuff. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You get more than just storage! You actually have staff on site that will professionally and promptly assist you above an beyond! Thank you Kelli!
Any situation where someone would need a storage unit from what I have seen is stressful. Not at this place. The level of professionalism, and care from the manager Kelli at this location is worth beyond what you are paying. The facility is well secured, but still easy access for its customers. Miss Kelli not only manages the facility, but she takes personal care with everyone who walks through the door, and I was impressed over her personal care and interest is helping make my situation easier. If you want the best possible experience in whatever your situation is to get your stuff in a safe place with good people this place and Miss Kelli are an asset and the best bang for your buck!
Rented a unit today...Kelli, was super nice/ pleasant/ relatable, more than helpful, and made it very quick and easy(despite the fact that I mistakenly made 3 reservations online, oops!). Customer service is definitely priority for her, and that is priceless these days!
