Opened up two units for a real estate client to make it easier to help them move. I asked if I should open in his name. They assured me that transferring accounts was easy to do. I paid moved items in and February 5th when we both went in person to transfer the account the on site person was new and didn't know how. He said and left a note on their system thank God that he would have someone who knows how to do it the next day. Since then I have been charged $169 per unit for two units for March and now April months after "cancelling" the account. Just realized this and have spent hours trying to get up the ladder of people who can actually refund what is owed to us. Management is a disaster here.

Very nice, accommodating, was expecting to buy another lock but one was provided, and the man who helped me with everything was patient and very nice.
The worst storage place to rent at period,I had a unit that was supposed to be climate control and it has to be 15 degrees or less in there the people around that place act like they never seen a black man before and the first unit they gave me had a big ass hole in the door so anybody passing by could see what I had in it , the most absolute worst experience of storage space in my life I'll never rent from them ever again in my life 💯
