Easy-peazy! From start to finish, handled everything online and unit is exactly what we needed. Lock and insurance brochure in unit upon arrival. Move-in was fast and efficient even connected with Jasmine on the phone when PS followed up a few days later and she was able to quickly answer all my questions.
Safe and secure location to store my RV. Jasmine reached out to me to make sure everything was good or if I needed anything. I highly recommend storing here!

On Sunday 11/6/2022 the Public Storage in Brownsburg IN lost power to its gate. It wasn't possible for customers to open the gate using either by using app or entering code into keypad by the gate. After calling customer service, Hershey from the Georgetown Public Storage came to the rescue! She worked with tech support and got everything up and running within half an hour. Thank you Hershey, great job!

The facility is clean and well maintained and feels very safe.
But there is literally no point in having a public restroom if it's ALWAYS locked with no way to get in it to use it. Why not put a keypad lock on it so that the patrons who rent units there can access it. Especially those of us with young kids who are potty-training or have small bladders.
There was a power outage and the entry gate wouldn't open. An employee named Hershey came and fixed the problem.
This place is pretty good. Although I did have a situation where I was charged after my move out date, Pat, was able to take care of the issue and made sure I received my refund...

I needed a place nearby that had reasonable rates for climate controlled storage for work and this was by far the most affordable place around.
This is my first time renting a storage unit and it couldn't have been any easier. I got everything set up in less than 5 minutes online and when I dropped by the office on my way to the unit, Jean explained everything I could have asked about before I could ask.
Jean walked me to my unit, showed me the layout of the place and the best routes to the unit from where I'd be unloading. The building was very cool and spotless. I was impressed. Jean let me know if there was literally anything I needed or could think of to call her and she'd take care of me.
I'd recommend this place to anyone needing to rent a storage unit for a while- it's some of the best prices for units per month (at the time of this writing, the first month is only a buck) and and the process is easy and the staff phenomenal. You can't go wrong choosing this business.
