I went on location to view storage office locked no one inside i called number and it was to a call center they said they can reserve me a space and that the property manager was coming out but never did . Purchased unit online and then went to move in but my code didnt work!! I even call before i went and they said it was all good . Left message im gonna get a refund!! Waste my time !!!😡
I have two 10 X 15 storage units...one in Pearl City and another in Mililani. (Identical twins) One costs me $200 and the other $600 plus $65 for 24 hour access. Go figure!🙃

Very informative and extremely helpful in getting me acquainted in the process, facility etc. Excellent customer service which is hard to come by now days in today’s work force. The unit prices were by far the most affordable complete with lock and insurance. The facility was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Energy efficient too! If you want your items in a safe and clean environment this is most definitely the place for your cherished belongings to be!

Very clean and safe location! All the staff have been professional and patient as we transitioned over to their facility. Pricing has been great and appreciate the quick response times for voicemails and follow-ups.
Only room for improvement is the stability of the courtesy carts. They are very small and some are a little unstable on the handles. Understand the size is due to the tight spaces in certain areas. The size also prevents damage to the storage walls as folks maneuver in the halls. Would recommend folks to bring their own dolly during busy times or if you need something more substantial to move items.
Erilinne was super professional, very down to earth and facilitated our last minute request by giving us all our options and the time to decide on what worked for our needs. Thank you for the amazing customer service ! 🙏🏽
Ps. I think the app access for “main lobby door” (via Bluetooth) may not be working accordingly. I can access elevator and main gate with app (Bluetooth) but main lobby door doesn’t seem to work with it so I have to manually enter my access code. Just thought I’d mention 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’ve been with public storage in the area location for almost 5 years. The rates are going up and I wasn’t able to keep my unit within my budget. I had to move. I found this location. It was new. And it was within my budget. I tried to prepare myself to move and go through things. I called a week before moving in with questions. I spoke to Maria. So friendly and super nice. Answered all my questions. Move in day. The facility was so NEW and big! I drove in the gate and slowly got more impressed by the minute. The parking is great! Very big lot. The facility was so clean! I opened the doors to get the carts. Plenty! And!!!! BATHROOMS! EVEN A FOUNTAIN TO DRINK WATER TOO!!!!! 2 elevators! Down part of the elevator. The key pad is outside. So I had an incident where I put my things in the other elevator and another would open. So I had to make sure I keep it open, go outside and punch it in and walk back to get inside and push the button. BUT! I did use 2 elevators. That’s a plus. Went upstairs. Clean. Cool. Nice! Opened the unit. No light. 😣 I was a bit torn about that. I had to prepare myself to be more equipped the next trip and bring my tripod light. I ran into Janet who I knew who worked at other public storages. She’s always so nice and friendly. So it made me feel more comfortable to see her. She works at 3 facilities that I’ve seen her at. ALWAYS With a smile and a quick hi and bye all the time. She helped me get my unit and everything situated too afterwards. Total fricken sweetheart! I hope I can be here for a while without the rent going out of my budget. I would hate to move again. Fingers crossed! Nice place. Clean. Convenient with bathrooms and carts. Not far from freeway. Costco is up the street. Get your gas and groceries and cheap eats while you’re here too.
Janet was very professional. She answered my questions regarding the cylinder lock. My other question is the electrical box inside the unit that takes up space in the unit. Janet told me the long electrical box inside the unit that runs from the top of the unit to the floor is in about every unit and It will take her awhile to find which unit don’t have the box. I wanted a unit without the electrical box and will address this issue in the future.

This new storage space is excellent. Maria who helped me was very friendly and informative. She explained everything to me until I understood, she helped me put the App on my phone, she showed me how to navigate the App so I could open the gate with my phone, she showed me the maps posted on the walls so I wouldn’t get lost within the storage,she gave me phone numbers I could always reach someone. This is the only public storage that provides maps within the storage. She also showed me where I could find the ladders and carts. This is the best storage place I’ve ever used. Ask for Maria she’s the BOMB!

We have storage here and everytime we go it says open but theres nobody working at the front desk!We called a bunch of times tryna get somebody to answer but nobody did! I tried to go inside the storage to see if someone is working inside cleaning but none! They should atleast leave a drop off box or something or if they went somewhere they should atleast put a note by the door! This is not a good place to store your belongings! Its really frustrating to wait by the door specially if you have question or concern about your storage!
